Man in the iron mask could be Jay, and Earth 2 Thawne stopped by to do the Kill Flash thing and juiced him instead of Wells. then Zoom made him his bitch by telling him how to use Earth 1 to get access to the speedforce.

How did Geomancer even know that the flash was at STAR labs? I mean its not common knowledge, at least when the Pied Piper found him he had a computer program that tracked the flashes movements

I was too distracted by the new case of "You can do it, Barry."

I really love this show, but damn, getting tired of this over and over. It's gotten to the point where I expect the season finale to be the whole crew sitting in a circle chanting it and that's how he beats Zoom.

I enjoyed last night's episode, but this was just one of a few plot holes. Like if Zoom was on the ropes from Killer Frost, why didn't he help, instead of run like a coward? The episode before, he showed he was worried about Joe (and the rest of his Earth-2 family), but in this last episode, Joe is dead and Barry-2 and Iris-2's lives are ruined. Why leave them on Earth 2, where Zoom can seek revenge on them? He didn't even express concern for them, after the previous episode, there was practically a violin playing over his monologue about how family was the most important thing to him, no matter what universe they were from.

This show is almost always fun to watch, but this episode left much to be desired.

Yeah that was dumb, there was a lot of really bad moments in that episode like Jesse throwing a tantrum when her dad told her she needed to leave Central City.

Well's over acting in the first part of the episode was quite comical as well.

It's like no matter how cool the show gets they always remind you are still watching a CW show.

In the latest story arc of him versus Zoom, that's how he beats him. By psyching himself up to another level, or "straining" to drain more speed force from the speed dimension for one big uber hit. As a matter of fact, isn't that how he beats most speedsters?

I'm talking about every single episode of season 1 as well. and obviously Zoom beat the shit out of Barry because nobody was telling him 'you can do it Barry you can beat Zoom', because if there had been he would have beaten Zoom and the season would be over.

Ok I admit, this one made me LOL for real

The motivational speaking is a tired out trope on this show. Hope they start writing away from that. First season I could understand as Barry was just learning and still unsure of himself but come on hes been the Flash for almost 2 years now.
My money on how he beats Zoom is that Wally, Jesse and Jay all get Velocity 9 injections and they all super speed tag team his ass. As it sits right now if Barry wants to go Mano a mano with Zoom he better start power slamming some speed roids or something cause Zoom just makes him his bitch when ever he feels like it.
