Oh, I mean, she seems cool but obviously haven't talked much or met yet. I was more just perplexed by seeming mild interest and being busy followed by 'OH HOLY SHIT I WANT TO MEET YOU RIGHT NOW'.

That's a really weird sequence of events. She also sounds like she has the personality of a brick. When you said "oh you know making terrible life decisions" etc etc, have you been talking like that before? I could see it if your personality was stifled in earlier communications due to hope/nerves/whatever, but toward the end when you stopped giving a shit and just acted naturally/nonreactive that would turn things around. Was that the case?

Otherwise, see her anyway for science so we can figure out the puzzle. Make her wait a few days, and give her a weekday, not a weekend.

On the phone with her now, she hasn't stopped talking for 30 minutes, I'm nodding off and becoming borderline suicidal out of pure boredom. I've actually done a 5 man in WoW and not heard a word she said beyond being able to babble monosyllabic responses to her "are you listening to me?" questions.

I am going to anyway, for science. But no, I'm pretty much always sarcastic. Also she seems pretty cool/outgoing/etc just busy like myself so we didn't really chat much until this point.

Overall 16.2% pretty sure that 16% isn't 3/5 of the populaton, and, it is way skewed because it isn't broken down by race and the black population brings it way up for everyone else when they are combined

Yeah, some girl just texted me Thursday after two weeks of "being busy", so I assumed that she had been seeing someone else, too. Wtf are you giving someone the time of day who can't schedule a simple hour for coffee or somesuch within a week? My simple of rule of thumb when I internet dated was, if there wasn't a phone call after 3 messages and a date after the phone call then I was done. You have to value your own time and convey that to them.

The chart was only for genital herpes (hsv-2).


The paragraph before the chart says that 57% of the population has HSV-1 (oral herpes), so I rounded to 3/5.
16% is the number for HSV-2. Ranging from 10% for white guys, to 50% of black women.


P.S. So I had a pretty quick turnaround after breaking up with the swinger chick 8 days ago. I met a girl on OKCupid. She's is probably the least "crazy" girl I have ever hooked up with. I talked with her for about 15 hours over the past week, mostly via text (I did about 11 hours of driving to visit relatives this past weekend), she ended up inviting me over to her house, I told her I wasn't going to get there till after 11pm, I knew she had to work at 7am, she still said it was ok for me to come over, so I knew I was going to at least get to 2nd base pretty much before I even arrived.
