I did necro cause I wanted feign for trash skip. Enc might be better for actual boss killing, I read or heard their animation pets are beefed up to be the same level as nec/bst pets and then all their other stuff on top of that.

Just keep them on hold until you get to where you want to fd. Or if you're already fighting something and want to fd, back them off and toggle taunt off.

The vendor bought ones are inferior, but you can buy some from a Barb NPC near the rogue GM in Baz. You can make your own with vendor bought mats, sold from the two
Here is the lowest level Anger of the Shissar recipe, it goes up to 10 currently. Use the highest level you can.

You can get unattuners for 10 Echos off the donation merchant so it is really only 11k to unattune an item at the moment. However, your point still stands.

Shaman epic is just 2 mobs. Get truespirit to max via a bag full of gems then kill miniboss in Fear for the blood then the guy in City of Mist.
Rogue is even more retarded. Kill Renux in Qeynos, loot the parchment and the dagger. Turn in parchment to Stanos, go kill General who also drops the 2nd dagger. Turn it all in to Stanos.
Anyone got advice for a new Mon/ber/clr on when to start aas and what gear I could shoot for. Played eq during classic thru oow but never played these 3 classes and no idea the synergies in this game. Got to 30 and was going to start up lguk.

For AAs youll find most ppl telling you to stop at 30 in lguk and farm hundreds of AAs but this is retarded advice for most situations.
here is the truth:
1. Your AA exp is penalized before level 50
2. Higher level mobs provide more AA exp per kill
3. AA exp is based on con (red yellow white etc)
4. Your max AA exp per kill is capped based on your level, the higher level you are the higher max exp you can gain per kill.
5. Veterancy AA Exp bonus (first 150 AA, then scaling bonus based on total number of AAs your other characters have) removes this cap
Lvl 30 in lguk was only the best back in classic due to a combination of the above factors combined with density of low hp mobs and most builds (at that time) including slay undead.
As long as you can kill efficiently (dps and survivability) the best place to AA is lvl 56 in dragon necropolis. There is no reason to stop and AA before 56 unless you need some aa to increase dps or survivability in order to level more efficiently to get to DN. no other zone offers a higher density of low hp mobs combined with the best ZEM modifier in the game.

If you don't have paladin in teh build recommend doing Dulak harbor instead (can get someone to blast you into kunark/velious flag i'm sure). Can get a ton of $ there to help gear up while you grind out AA's.

AA exp is teeeechnically penalized until level 60, when you get the bonus. It just reduces the closer you are to 60. Problem is, the bonus on mob con outweighs the level 60 bonus, so 56 is the best level to "park". If we had consistent red or yellows with good density at 60, that'd be the better spot.
Agreed. Stopping at 30 to aa in lguk is old advice from before Velious went live. Get to 56 asap, buy almost free old raid gear, and then go AA in DN. Mobs are 60 but have almost no hp. So much faster than anything else you can do

I think the big skips are only those two, SK you can skip the level 30 armor pre-quest part. The rest all need to be done as intended with the caveat that everything can be sold but quest pieces will generally be priced according to how much of a pain it is to farm.
Monk is quite easy as the demon fangs fights are all spawnable, the metal pipes are common and cheap to buy. Only thing you need is the robe which shouldn't be too bad of a camp if you can kill the monks.

No one can really answer this question considering how vague it is. A naked level 1 with no AA can solo both of those if they are a Mage with their epic pet.
