all quest items including epics are legendary by default so you're asking for someone to mail you a 30k pp item. I'm too poor due to my large stable of alts.
Now if unattuners (items to unbind items) was cheaper then I could help you out since I have alts with SK epics that I don't play anymore but unfortunately they are also like 25k pp for the unattuner

Yeah good luck getting free epics. Maybe a ragebringer since they are easy to get and sell for under 10k. Everything else is anywhere from 30k-100k for epics. All legendary by default. In general they are pretty easy to do yourself in short time except maybe the mage or cleric one due to funky drops. I did the monk and berserker epics in under 2 hours each. Haven’t done any others yet.

You could score a Shaman epic for less than 10k. I spent 5k buying the Iksar Scale off the bazaar and turned it in with max rep to get my Shaman epic. Skipped the entire quest that way.
I haven't been on in over a week but you could also just snag a Primal weapon that procs Avatar. Those are pretty decent and not crazy expensive.

Edit: Welp, I just now vaugly remebered that ammo slot may not actually register stats. So tested it and... yep, no stats. So I just wasted a bunch of time and money.
For anyone that hasn't seen, you can make Grandmaster tradeskill items that can go in the Ammo slot with stats (pic below). So I spent a shitload of my plat on tradeskills (I thought pottery would be cheap) and drained 1/3 my reserve.
I really should get a vendor up and running. I leveled up one to be a buffbot/vendor but now my inventory is so cluttered I loathe to try to organize it into something useful.
AFAIK all tradeskills have the same stats except the Poison (and probably Alchemy). The bag I summoned with the rogue vial hasn't poofed yet:

Petcuck is so broken. Newest alt is petcuck, has full AAs and pretty good gear. Mage pet with cleric epic + lego gharns, beast pet with lego palladius, necro pet with lego blackstar + rogue epic. Went to sleeper for the first time, had to heal the pet twice the whole fight and it was at most 2 minutes. Did BB too, had to do a lot more healing but still had time to keep dots up, pet was never in threat of dying.
Have all the fotm now, war/bst/clr, sk/rog/shm, petcuck, making a clr/mnk/zerk next have all the items just need to grind AAs and level everything to legendary.

Touch of the cursed to max, Theft of life 1 (max later), Soul Abrasion.
Not sure priority after that, as I didn't level with a bard (and IMO CLR seems kinda worthless for leveling). Funeral Dirge is supposed to be good and fast when fully upgraded, but that's a lot of AA, so something else might be better in the short term. Combat Agility & Stability (first tab) to 8/18 adds a lot of survivability per point, then max later, as you need more survivability.
Combat Fury, Ferocity, and Fury of Magic (second tab) are nice for straight DPS upgrades too.
Janx took screenshots of his SK/ROG/CLR build at around 1200 AA (I think) some 15 pages back, that can give you an idea of what to get too.

If you worked up your Blacksmithing, you can probably make a killing on bane weapons early Luclin.

Unfortunately I picked pottery, as smithing was getting expensive when I hit Fine Steel... or so I though, because pottery got really expensive when I hit ~190 and needed to use opals for every combine. I got burnt out on it by the time I hit 215. I also have tailoring up at around 215, but ran out of Phase Spider silk, where a stack of 100 (50 combines) was lucky to give me 5 skill points. EQ tradeskills are harsh.
