So I was watching a stream last night and the devs popped in. They said they nerfed exp across all zones. Even new Luclin ones. Vex Thal is only 2.5 DN went back to 2. So all the peeps in the stream later were complaining like WTF, if you just started on this server you get the big dick. Oh yeah, they nerfed the exp on leveling items too. Youre just not noticing this shit because of exp bonus this weekend. good luck pumping out 1000AA in Vex Thal, lol.
Luclin is jut uninspired as all fuck. Its like the OG EQ devs took the summer off while doing this shit. IT just all looks blah. None of the charm of OG eq.

Yeah even with the 50% bonus to xp I got like 60AA's but the item in the power slot didn't level for shit.

Lets hope they change their minds with this exp stuff because to me at least this server is all about rolling up new builds twinking them out and trying them on hard content. And if I cant do this anymore, this shit will slowly die for me. I had all sorts of plans for new combos, but the fuck if im going to gind AA for weeks in some shit zone when im used to pumping them out in a place like DN which was chill as fuck.

Well, your alts will still get AA faster than you're used to on your first character (up to a point) due to the "veteran" AA XP. It starts at 300% bonus, then slowly reduces the closer you get to the account's total AA, after subtracting 150 for every character that has 150 or more AA.

i can see the power slot items slow down. I never bought legendary because I could go from normal to legendary in 30 minutes. Made finding a legendary lame. Regular exp nerf blows though.
I wonder if they now see this as a long term job and need to slow down progression to keep the money flowing. They have to be making some coin with all the players.

Coming patch notes mention an adjustment to power slot xp rate. Not sure if it’s going back to how it was, but will be faster then it currently is now.

The biggest problem to me is that they just aren't transparent about this shit.
Let us know what the EXP modifier on places like DN WAS, what it is NOW. What the modifiers on Luclin zones are, etc. The fact that we have to hop around to 14 different streams, YouTube videos, etc. to try and read between the lines of all the vague information is what I find frustrating.

Well I ddint, and ive killed like 1000 of these fuckers already trying to get all the shit plus the keys off the commanders. I guess im jsut having one of those bad RNG days, lol.
They only spawn in non-respawn as they are part of the Cursed cycle.

FWIW I want to say the pouch always drops off them on THJ so it wont be hard to get.
