Just a few days ago I was wondering if it was worth firing up the old Netflix account for a month just to see if I am missing out on anything.

I am not.

Seriously. I was just about to sub back up for a week to watch Arcane s2. that legit makes me give pause, and reconsider the high seas.

I wonder how their tracking works. would subbing up, watching arcane only and unsubbing send a message?

You are not the main character. You are a decimal point that gets rounded but they will happily take your money for a month for minimal server costs.

There's lots of good stuff on streaming. There's just so much stuff on there. If you're only looking for brand new then it's a bit harder to find really quality stuff but Arcane S2 and Silo S2 are both current top shelf shows.
If you just want entertainment then there's a million things to watch.
In the last week I've watched Dredd and Bullet Train, both on Netflix.

Is this a good recommendation or a hard pass bro?
We watched all four episodes. Its like every single other conspiracy theory. There are obvious elements that are provably true. There are also elements that can/will never be proven. I actually remember parts of the stuff happening as it unfolded, but had no idea the "Spectre"-esque Octopus existed. The last ten minutes or so are like an M Night Shyamalan movie ending twist.

Its worth a watch. If you are of the belief that our government is inherently evil, then its not a hard stretch to believe the entire thing is true.

My wife and I finally watched the Baztán Trilogy. The Invisible Guardian, The Legacy of the Bones and Offering to the Storm, a Spanish mystery series based on the basajaún cryptoid myth although that doesn't feel like a primary point. It's almost more cultist than anything. Not bad, maybe 7/10 Good production, acting, story. It'd have to be your thing to be higher than that. Still better than most American movies.

Jentry Chau vs the Underworld is an odd Texas-Korean teenager version of Jackie Chan Adventures. I applaud them trying for stuff that isn't shaming Tomb Raider and other existing franchises but they still need to step up the quality on these by a point or two.

De Niro stars as George Mullen, a respected former U.S. President, who's brought back into the federal government for one more job - investigating a catastrophic cyber attack that killed thousands and wrought chaos across the country. As head of the so-called Zero Day Commission, Mullen is tasked with finding the perpetrators before they carry out a second attack, all while contending with a constant stream of disinformation, dark personal secrets, and competing interests in tech, finance, and politics.
De Niro and Bassett lead a stacked cast for Zero Day, which also includes Jesse Plemmons as Mullen's former aide-turned-fixer, Roger Carlson, and Lizzy Caplan as Alexandra Mullen - daughter of the former president, now a congressional representative trying to chart her own political future. Joan Allen will play Mullen's wife, Sheila, who's been nominated to be a federal judge; Connie Britton will play Valerie Whitesell, Mullen's former chief of staff; and Matthew Modine will play Richard Dreyer, the current speaker of the house.
Other key cast members for Zero Day are Bill Camp, Dan Stevens, McKinley Belcher III, Gaby Hoffman, Clark Gregg, and Mark Ivanir. The show was created by Eric Newman and Noah Oppenheim, while De Niro was also closely involved as a producer.

II will admit against my white heritage, I had a thing for Angela Bassett when I saw her in Strange Days. However this looks like what we would expect from Netflix.

I'm positive this would be an amazing film!
