Besides that this is some obvious bought-and-paid-for bullshit legislation, should it even be legal to make 'classified' laws ... especially when they pertain to (allegedly) free market businesses? How the hell are you supposed to even know your business is running afoul of a classified trade agreement?

I think they're made public when the negotiation is complete, but if they're trying to put more internet bullshit in this I'm not down. They tried something similar recently in some deal with europe and the people on the street over there held demonstrations which ended up nixing that.
