The guys investigate why and how Bruce Willis keeps cranking out 2-3 shitty movies a year
I don't know if they watched them all, but they watched more than 2. They just only both watched one of them.this was lame. they saw 2 of the 11 movies willis made over the last 2 years, and based that the other 9 they did not see were also bad solely on rotten tomatoes scores. those movies were probably dogshit, but at least watch them and say why, that space zombie movie they did see, Mike says Willis was good in it. so he has a 50/50 rate of giving a fuck according to them. very halfass video. especially from these guys who enjoy watching shitty made movies with shitty actors. the ten minute adlibbed covid sketch at the beginning was endless.
Ralphthemoviemaker has some hilarious videos about Steven Segall "movies".honestly i'd be far more interested if they would cover what Jean Claude Van Damme and fattie Steven Seagull are up to, I see movies by both of them pop up every now and then and they look ridiculous. All the Bruce Willis movies are just boring as fuck and he is basically doing the same thing every time, a disaffected quiet guy who has a bad past is forced into shit where he somehow is the best at everything and wins but his sidekick does all the actual work.
they both watched Apex and the space zombie one. Jay watched American Siege on his own and then he said he skipped through the rest. Mike only saw the two and none of the rest and thats how he made his assessment. it just came off as Mike being annoyed at Bruce Willis for making shitty movies and cashing out. i'm like why focus just on Bruce Willis? so many actors have done this throughout cinematic history. he actually said Bruce must be broke if he's making these movies. as if to say, he doesnt need money why is he making more money? motherfucker , its because he can. as long as people want to see Willis he will continue to make these films. if somebody gave me 5-10 million for 5 movies a year where i only work 2 days per film, i would be all over thatI don't know if they watched them all, but they watched more than 2. They just only both watched one of them.
I was hopeful at the start when they said it turned into a "bigger project" that they not only watched all 11 Bruce Willis movies, but branched out and watched a bunch of other actors who were doing it.they both watched Apex and the space zombie one. only thing i could think of is that they needed a subject for this week so they hopped on to bruce willis movies because they discussed it during the total recall re-view. i mean i get it, Bruce Willis spent his career being an asshole to work with until eventually the studios decided that he wasnt making enough money for them to put up with his shit and they tossed him out. so now he's getting paid to make these low budget films i never heard of. i thought Willis retired or was just blacklisted. it just seems pretty low to smear willis and then make a halfass job of it. at least when they did this with Adam Sandler they did their homework.I was hopeful at the start when they said it turned into a "bigger project" that they not only watched all 11 Bruce Willis movies, but branched out and watched a bunch of other actors who were doing it.
Instead, they watched 3.
Hes basically doing the same exact thing as Willis, cranking out endless beyond low effort movies marketed towards god knows who.fattie Steven Seagull are up to
some recent cash outs before Willis, Samuel L Jackson, Morgan Freeman. until he got cancelled and Nicolas Cage. lots of these so called great actors have done movie blitzes where they seem to be in everything they possibly can. Robert Deniro is a plague on films, but at least its because he is terrible with women and money.. they gave Nicolas Cage a bigger pass than Bruce Willis when they reviewed his movie, Willy's Wonderland. maybe its because Willis is a conservative and an easy target. and so is Adam Sandler.yeah, that is a good point they focus on Willis, ignored Seagal. then, as noted, just gave a total pass to the long history of this shit with Full moon, and ..shit, brain not working. but there were a good number of actors known for being in tons of b movies. drunk. sitting at a desk and reading lines, and thats it..
Total nostalgia rose tinted glasses claiming, "but they got visionary young directors!"
yeah, I was talking old school though. 70's 80s. caradine, legosi. brando lee marvin being drunk jokes. A couple really famous guys in 70's and and 80's b horror. can't bring up their names atm..some recent cash outs before Willis, Samuel L Jackson, Morgan Freeman. until he got cancelled and Nicolas Cage. lots of these so called great actors have done movie blitzes where they seem to be in everything they possibly can. Shatner, Victor Bueno. Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Vincent Price was in every B horror movie for 40 years. basically Hammer and Castle films used the same actors for all their horror movies. its really an endless list because so many actors will do any gig if the check clears. I'm surprised Lucas didnt get Vincent Price for one of his films. as i said, its not fair to pick on Willis because most aging actors want to keep doing movies just to stay relevant and they still think they can make a comeback with them. Connery's biggest regret had to be passing up on the role of Gandolf for Peter Jackson's LOTR to do League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. he thought that wizards were stupid and that playing Alan Quartermain would be his comeback. doh!yeah, I was talking old school though. 70's 80s. caradine, legosi. brando lee marvin being drunk jokes.
