Relying on established IPs because its too difficult to break out of a crowded market is nothing new.
And its not like a prequel TV show to a prequel movie can't be great (cough*Andor*cough).
But that relies on people putting effort into their established IP entry, and not just making everyone a woman / gay / disabled / etc. while contradicting everything that came before it. That's the actual problem, not being an established IP entry.

I guess that's why he's the sheriff of the thread, and the rest of us are just deputized for a posse when needed, especially if he's not taking a big dump.
I bet some autistic person could go back and tally up the score. Would be interesting to see what the results are, but I think I know who is still the quickest draw.

I think I've watched maybe all of those movies as a kid. Full Moon was an awesome studio. Shit like Doll Man vs Demonic Toys. Tim Thomerson in probably his greatest role. He had the most powerful handgun in the universe.

That was a good one. If anyone is interested in Devil Story I found it at vinegar syndrome. Toss up between that one and The Suckling for best back of box read on the show.
