I ordered the first one on your list for starters.
The complaints on that machine were most people couldn't get oily beans to autofeed and they had to poke them. I think I am ok with that kind of workload and will not let that deter me too bad if you find some good stuff and i'll find out the limits of it myself. Some people said they adjusted something to more easily allow them to feed into the grinder and problem solved. I had a cheap grinder and it did something similar.
I've never had any beans I would call oily so i'm not sure how oily stuff gets, hopefully it's not completely minute and half the beans I buy are going to stop up the damn machine. I'll be pretty pissed off if thats the case, i'm expecting some pretty magical shit from a 500 dollar machine.
I'm really liking a vanilla starbucks I have now, i'm a sucker for anything vanilla.
dude if you ordered this
Amazon.com : Cafe Don Pablo - Rocco Gourmet Food
and you've never seen oily beans, holy shit will you see a difference, these beans are glisening. (and this brand is actually my fav so far, i did a few more brews w/ the koffee kult, it was affecting me a bit, stomach wise)
BTW, if you're gonna be serious about this machine and your beans, since you have a superautomatic, you only have to worry about 2 things
1. Water
2. beans
1a. Water, just use filtered water or bottled water, 99% of coffee is water so keep it fresh water or stank in, stank out.
2a. of course always use whole beans, and there 4 things that kill beans
H.O.M(e).S.
The (e) isn't used, it's just a good way to remember it as Homes.
Heat - (keep it cool)
Oxygen - (keep it sealed)
Moisture - (keep it dry, also don't freeze it, cuz once you freeze then take em out, moisture develops)
Sunlight - (keep them away from sunlight UV, or in a cabinet)
While your bean hopper takes care most of, it doesn't take care of O2, i use this for my bean storage
Amazon.com: Coffeevac 1 lb - The Ultimate Vacuum Sealed Coffee Container, Black Cap Kitchen(there is a black version, but i like to see how much of my supply is there w/o opening, so it's always kept in my cabinet to avoid sunlight)
One good thing about this is that beans also "breathe" or they exhale Co2, this container keeps O2 out, and there is a one way valve that lets Co2 out. I'd say it adds a week to bean storage.
