Amazon is great at saying "fuck it", i'm not an el cheapo and want "free stuff", many times Amazon just doesn't give a shit about getting shit back.
I bought 6 LED bulbs cuz i wanted to be all environmentally conscience and shit, 2 were DOA, i had already installed the others, called Amazon and told em i don't want to whip out my chair and unscrew the bulbs and send em back. Amazon guy just refunds the difference for 2, dats cool.
Recently had a coffee bag rip in transit, i want a refund, cuz it ain't fresh no more, they ask for it back, i say, can i just send you half, cuz the rest is on the floor? (cuz when i open an Amazon bag, i don't expect shit to spill out), Amazon girl said forget it.
This broke yesterday after 3 weeks of dutiful production. I shouldn't have gone so cheap.
You should have a backup coffee making process in case this happens again, the easiest, best coffee to make in this way will always be the aeropress
