Saying "You got a fucking problem, homie?" = Not illegal.
Assault = Illegal. (But the two former imply, but don't affirm who started it)

First two are irrelevant to the latter unless you think they caused it, which you were trying to directly imply. It's likely so, but absolute fact? Nope.

Still a lot of mis-information in this thread, heres what we know from the trial. According to the prosecutions "star" witness, she was not Trayvon's girlfriend (we were getting there), he was already at his fathers house and went back to confront Zimmerman (why are you followin me?). The physical evidence shows that Zimmerman was being attacked by Trayvon and that Zimmerman was on the ground (grass stains on Zimmerman's back, broken nose, cuts and swelling to the back of the head) The only eye witness to actually see the fight before the gunshot admitted in court the black guy in the black hoodie was on top.

We know from the 911 call that there was about 20 seconds of someone (Zimmerman obviously) yelling for help before a single gun shot killed his attacker. The Sandford PD investigated, it was a clear cut case of self defense and there was never any need for any of this, it wasn't until Trademarks mom saw the dollar signs that any of this shit went down (she trademarked his name).

All you people claiming he could be found guilty of manslaughter are also wrong, since they never went to the Grand Jury (cause it NEVER Would have gone to trial that way) and they assigned a "special" prosecutor, Murder 2 is the only charge he can be found guilty of.

Zimmerman will walk, as he should have, the media who spun this into a case of crazed vigilant hunts down honor student for walking while black, will fan the flames and incite mass riots across the country and when innocent people will die in the mayhem, they will never be held accountable. This is and always has been a political persecution, everyone involved with it deserves to hang.

I think he was generally referring to examples of misinformation presented by Fox News and not a specific example of Fox News twisting someones comments and presenting them out of context, although there must be tens of dozens of examples of that. The Daily Show picks apart like at least one a night.

Because their analysis is so correct that you can only lighten a photo with photoshop and the like - changing colors to be darker is unpossible. Wingnut.

Here's an AP photo of Zimmerman in court several months ago, does that look anything like the images the media produced of him? No because they lightened his skin tone to appear more like George Zimmerman and not Jorge Munoz. If you think the media didn't play this up as a white on black then you are just fooling yourself.
