I never watched Black Box, but I can remember seeing commercials for it and not being impressed with her. That shot of her from the first trailer, where she is standing in front of the crowd while VV is speaking really sparked something in me though.

So when they use the contracts as evidence, no one is going to be like "How did you acquire those contracts?" or something? Does it even matter though? I don't know. If some dudes ended up dead among all the other shit that went down while some illegal documents turn up missing from the same night are later used in a court case, maybe someone would be like "Uh?".

Who cares, it's TV I guess.

Who knows he might have grabbed other shit, people need to bitch after they show what comes of the contracts. Same shit happened with people bitching about birdman not killing ray when not knowing who the killer is.

I don't think anyone really bitched that Birdman didn't kill Ray, but instead were bitching about all the little details that were stupid like Velcro holstering his weapon, admitting he has cracked ribs and is running around later that day no prob, leaving the episode on the least suspenseful cliffhanger ever, etc.

It doesn't matter what he grabbed. They illegally entered a criminal enterprise, specifically stating they hadn't even informed the person who put their secret task force together, much less got her approval, took illicit drugs, killed at least one guy, assaulted or killed several more, possibly kidnapped a girl, assaulted a rich white dude by kicking him in the balls, breaking and entering, stealing contracts with signatures all over them.

And still, the biggest complaint isn't that it happened, but the way they depicted it with MotoCop saying that stupid fucking line with bad intonation/emotion and right after Ani just admitted she might have killed some dude on their illegal, unauthorized undercover mission as they're speeding away being shot at and she just fucking killed a guy. She just fucking killed a guy on their unauthorized secret undercover mission... and all dipshit can think to do is look at contracts under the light of a full moon and point out the most obvious thing ever in the most brooding, monotone matter-of-fact way ever.

Did you not listen to the conversation? He tried getting him to stay on the force, said he would have helped and he would have been cleared, then goes on to tell him he thought it would be best if he was the one to tell him about the eviction.

Astro doesn't understand the difference between some one targeting their enemies and just a plain killer. Birdman wanted Casper dead and probably Stan dead. Both dead. He went to get that hard drive and didn't need to kill Ray, just knock him out. Not even fully established birdman is the killer besides him having a similar weapon.

what i dont understand is why a killer who extremely brutalizes his victims, would change the loads in his shotgun for a dirty cop working for the same guy who you just wtfkilled his men. if you're the killer, you dont do that. you use the same deadly stuff you have been using especially on a cop who just sniffed out your hideyhole. 2 episodes left, lets see how they blow that off.

His kills are extremely personal so obviously he isnt just killing people he has no beef with?

see, i can get behind that if the killer wasnt hiding his identity or covering his tracks. when you go on a revenge spree and are still trying to keep a low profile, then you need to commit yourself to certain actions in order to keep that low profile. what would the killer have done if ray wasnt insta-knocked out by the nerf blast to the chest and turned around and somehow recognized the shooter? what then? or better yet, say ray takes the nerf hit. falls down and then gets back up, wrestles the shooter to the ground revealing their identity? this is wshy you use deadly force to cover your tracks in a series of murders. its worse if the killer is a good friend of the cop because he is more likely to recognize you. so you either keep a distance and hope for the best or you go in there guns blazing.

I just dont see why people have issues with anything until the story unfolds, people bitching about contract shit when they dont even know whats going to become of all the paperwork. They have a witness now that can shed light on what all has been going on and possibly overheard things IDK. The paperwork will probably just help them connect the dots

Was it ever established that the house that Ray was shot in was where Casper died? If it is, then it seems weird that the killer would come back to take the video -- why wouldn't he take it the first time? If it's not, then that's a pretty big unexplained patch of blood that was never mentioned again, no? If the killer and the person who took the video are two different people, it then seems odd that they would both have the same mask. If they're sharing the same mask, again, why didn't the first person take the video? I'm not really sure how to reconcile these things currently. Thoughts?

They mentioned the city, cant remember if they said by holywood or what. Only thing that makes sense about the video tape is they killed casper for the diamonds or info and found out about the tape after people started talking about his death? Maybe they were bating someone to come to the house and thats why they put the body where they did

there was no reason to remove the hard drive because the killer thought his secret lair was secret and it wasnt until after the bar scene where frank sent ray to that address after discussing it out loud. birdman hustled over there and met up with him and apparently was expecting him because he changed his shotgun loads from crotch destruction to knockout mode.
