Ban and suspension are the same thing. A permanent suspension is what some of you are calling ban, its also called a permanent ban. You can be banned for x amount of time. You can be banned on y occasions. These are suspensions and also bans. Not being able to figure out that ban means suspension and permaban means permanent suspension is not a zoomer issue. Also, a lot of people cant say suspension without causing a small saliva flood, so ban is probably just better.

Suspension is the act of stopping something for a short period of time. You can't have a permanent suspension because the word suspension indicates that it is expected to be short. When a 'suspension' becomes permanent, it is no longer a suspension. It becomes a ban.

Nobody wants to say the word suspension. Its got too many saliva flickering letters in it. Ban is easy.

If that were true, some thot would have popularized ASMR around it. Even if only temporarily.

Absolutely some thot would have temporarily banned her normal streaming content to take advantage of that. Probably while in a hot water container of a relaxing nature.

This is making the rounds right now. Supposedly an ex Twitch employee leaking that Doc got banned for messaging a minor on the Twitch messaging feature to meet up at Twitchcon. Could just be someone bullshitting though.

Yeah I wouldn’t buy it. Knowing how shitlib twitch fags are they would probably give Doc a lifetime streaming award for kid fucking. All shitlibs are pedophiles.

not a great response if its not true, but then i wonder why amazon didn't report him to the authorities if its true but then amazon is probably full of pedos who don't want to get exposed so who the fuck nows whats true or not

and do i really give a shit about a streamer and his money... nope

although i wonder if he has legal basis to sue for libel to that person

Did he perhaps just break his NDA by saying they paid out the whole contract? Last I remember none of that was publicly released and wasn't meant to be

I'd imagine going to the authorities saying that your product is being used to solicit kids by your biggest star would probably bring scrutiny that you don't want.

Makes sense why he had a total meltdown when he was "caught cheating" years ago. Over the top if he was banging some rando woman.

Either way...

There's always a specified wording they are told to use if a settlement is not made public. In reality he was the one who sued twitch and probably got way more than his full contract (loss of sponsorships, future income, etc).

I would wager it was a 17 going on 18 type situation and there wasn't enough for solicitation. No charges means no breach of contract, twitch jumped the gun on severing and paid for it.

It's bullshit because if he was trying to meet up with some chick at a con then she was almost certainly crossing state lines which means he would have been neck deep in federal anti-trafficking charges and for all the incredibly stupid decisions they've made over the years I cannot imagine the level of outright retardation it would take for them to involve the company in covering that shit up because it would probably be the end of Twitch.

Yeah even if Doc is retarded sometimes with the way he words things and can't get out of his own way he has a script he has to stick to with the Twitch thing.

Yeah and your point wouldn't be fucking retarded if it was reasonable to believe some random ass streamer has the kind of connections needed to skate on federal trafficking charges.

The two parties involved are legally bound to silence and absolutely able to sue anyone not abiding to it, so anyone yapping about what happened is talking out of their ass, extremely stupid or both. Most likely both.
