I mean he obviously doesn't need money to enjoy his life and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Just because you have money doesn't mean you need to spend it. That's just nonsense. Do I think he needs to at least clean up? Yes. Asmon just doesn't seem like a material type person that needs lots of stuff and to be surrounded by nice shit. Then again I am personally a minimalist. I have very little knick knacks and shit beyond my gaming stuff. My room is pretty bare. Bed, desk, tv, chair, lamp, and that's about it. No posters on the wall or anything like that. Which is a complete turnaround from when I was growing up and my room was stacked with RPGs and miniatures and shit in every corner.

he's said many times that he makes way more money from YouTube than Twitch, but i'm not sure if that's while streaming on main channel or alt. going to assume main because his alt isn't monetized at all, which is wild because i have to imagine he's at 20k+ subs easily when streaming consistently on main account.

When I was a kid there were carpets on walls sometimes. Mostly in basement and very offen in orange colors. Late 70 early 80.

Ive never seen carpet on walls, only paneling. Our 1972 ranch had the brown ass paneling in the living room and laundry. Problem was in the living room there was just studs insulation and paneling, lol. I had to dry wall all that shit when we took it down.
Only room we have carpet in is living room. All others are all hardwood floors that I sanded and refinished room by room. House is so much cleaner now. Less dust, and so much easier to clean too. Just a damp flat mop and shit is clean.

His Asmon channel was the partnered one that he made ad and sub revenue off of, but he effectively abandoned it almost a year ago. His zackrar account basically gets him nothing except content for the Youtube videos.
I have seen some content producers over the years, be it art or streaming or whatever, sort of abandon the "pay me to do stuff" model because they don't want to feel the obligation to provide a return on what people are paying because of stress or anxiety or lack of motivation.

He said he wants to be able to play what he wants, and stop playing whenever he wants. He could easily do that on his main, plenty of streamers do whatever they feel like, but I guess he feels like his subscribers sperg out whenever he stops being all gung ho on a new game. He's even complained about people bashing him on Zackrawrrr and double-backed on decisions to quit certain games. One night its "This game is done uninstalled", next day he's back on it. I can see why he feels like going back and forth on games would harm his Asmongold brand and persona he puts on during his main channel streams. He puts on a lot of persona for the Asmongold channel.

Compare his early Zackrawrr stuff and you see he is basically Asmongold again on that channel.
But he should have enough cash for a few lifetimes to not worry about missing some income. Also just look at the videos posted on various topics on this forum. 90% of them hare Asmongold reacts to the original video.
