Florida is a trailer farm. You can get them for 5-15k for 70s-90s models, but they rape you on lot rent instead of apartment rent. If you want something that won't blow away you pay 300k for what used to be a hotel room in a beach or near beach "condo".
I wonder why Sunset has no road and uses ferry. Can't be more than 1200 hundred feet. Is it to intentionally be secluded more?

That's the rub. You wouldn't be able to tell me from a random dindu anyway!
The area they have shown had like 80mph winds. I'd imagine Pirates cove all way over to near Key Largo had it pretty bad, but nothing like Virgin Islands. Key had quite a bit of wind/surge but most of that shit is built for it from the pictures I've seen so far. Only the camper/trailer hoods and boats and stuff had it bad. Sadly lots of people didn't leave those areas it seems, we'll see how many. Doesn't do any good to have a strong structure if water washes you away from inside it.
