Anyone tried crazy detox stuff? I started a
baking soda experimentlast week and its been...interesting. Pissed out my ass 6 hours after taking the first dose [2 tsp of baking soda + agave syrup in 8oz water] and had a pretty massive headache. The idea behind it is to up the pH in the gut and flush out any bacteria/fungi that shouldn't be there. The sugar syrup dissolves and is supposed to act as a vessel for the baking soda to enter the bad cells and blow em up. After a week of 2 tsp sans-aluminum baking soda 4x a day on an emptyish stomach before food, I feel great. Piss-ass stopped after the 2nd day as did the headaches.
