I don't disagree that reducing carbs is great if you are trying to lose weight, but to say that calories in vs. calories out is "bullshit" is just silly. There is more than one way to lose weight. There are plenty of people in this thread (myself included) who have lost weight and maintained great overall health while still consuming carbs, simply by watching our calories in vs. calories out.
It's great that you can post lots of youtube videos and graphs and whatnot, but none of that can compare to personal experience.
P.S. I wasn't "trolling" with that Twinkie diet post, but for some reason you chose to ignore it. If calories in vs. calories out is bullshit, how can someone lose nearly 30 pounds while eating almost nothing but processed carbs?
