I somehow persuaded my friend to agree to come round and take some post-cut pics. Anyway, I was meant to drink 6+ litres of water a day for a week and go zero carb, before cutting out water at 6pm the day before the shoot and carb loading. After 1 day of going for a piss every 20 minutes I couldn't be arsed to keep it up throughout the week. Instead I drank 6+ litres on Friday and Saturday and stopped drinking water at 6pm on Saturday.1. That's pretty much guaranteed to be water retention + glycogen.
2. You will lose muscle while dropping. It's a simple fact. Unless you're trening.
