I've lost 27 pounds so far. Mostly just started eating right. I pretend that fast food joints don't exist.

It's amazing sometimes changing 1 simple thing, like not eating fast food, can do for some people. Not drinking soda is another big one for alot of people

Yeah. Cutting out sugared sodas was the only thing I stopped consuming completely. Completely empty, wasted calories.

But you can pry the Crack Zero out of my cold, dead hands.

Yeah, I don't drink any soda that has a calorie in it. I used to drink a ton of diet soda, but I've mostly replaced it with diet green tea.

You can buy a box of 80 caffeine pills (200mg, which is a BIG dose of caffeine, many people cut them in half) for like 6 bucks at pretty much any pharmacy like CVS (usually found near the sleep aids). I switched to them. 200mg in one tiny dose all at once will jolt me awake even if I've been heavily drinking caffeine during the week (energy drinks etc).

Went to the MN State Fair last Friday. I started the day at 182.4 which is officially 100 lbs lost. However, I ended the day at 190.4. It was delicious. Time for another experiment in my bodies weight equilibrium. Should still be able to hit 180 towards the end of this month assuming the weight is mostly water. At 180 going to go in for the BodPod again to see if I am losing any muscle while dropping. Good times.

1. That's pretty much guaranteed to be water retention + glycogen.
2. You will lose muscle while dropping. It's a simple fact. Unless you're trening.

So I started my bulk last week, but before I started I did a half assed attempt at the same routine bodybuilders use for contests. I somehow persuaded my friend to agree to come round and take some post-cut pics. Anyway, I was meant to drink 6+ litres of water a day for a week and go zero carb, before cutting out water at 6pm the day before the shoot and carb loading. After 1 day of going for a piss every 20 minutes I couldn't be arsed to keep it up throughout the week. Instead I drank 6+ litres on Friday and Saturday and stopped drinking water at 6pm on Saturday.

Basically, even though I was already low on water weight from the zero carbs, my body did continue to keep flushing water out past 6pm. I was going for a piss every 10-15 minutes for about 5-6 hours.

Didn't really look that different the next morning, so told my friend not to bother coming round. Maybe with more muscle mass it will.


But yeah, bulk started, good to be eating 3000-3500 calories with 300g-350g carbs a day.

Oh yeah, and I forgot the reason why I told that story - I was already holding very little water weight because of the low carb diet, but overnight I flushed out another kg of water weight.

lol, cause I'm vain and narcissistic, so I thought why not get some serious before/after pics on the go
