How often do people fall when road biking though? I doubt he's talking about throwing down at whistler.Punctured lungs when they fall are pretty funny

Well he stated racing, I think there's a much greater than average chance of getting tangled up and crashing while racing than while just riding for fun/exercise.How often do people fall when road biking though? I doubt he's talking about throwing down at whistler.
You asked a question, answered it, then asked it two more timesSo what exactly is riding a an exercise bike at a pace that will probably burn ~300 calories an hour getting him? What's the fucking point? Why risk it?
Are you unfamiliar with rhetorical questions and lambasting techniques? The point is to make him feel stupid for even considering doing it.You asked a question, answered it, then asked it two more times
I mentioned racing on a broken rib, he just wants to bike around to keep himself motivated which is fine.Well he stated racing, I think there's a much greater than average chance of getting tangled up and crashing while racing than while just riding for fun/exercise.
There isn't a single exercise on earth you can do "casually" for an hour and burn 1k calories. Also, according to strava(which probably is on the high side of its estimation) says for an hour long bike ride at a casual pace, I burned 1k calories.

Casual as in it was a zone 2-3 the whole time aka slightly elevated heart rate and breathing bit not anything insanely strenuous. There isn't a single exercise on earth you can do "casually" for an hour and burn 1k calories.
Couple of weeks is nothing, but you will have to eat less unless you want to backslide. Thanks for the recommendations. It took a day, but I came to terms with having a layoff. It is not like I am super depressed about it or anything, but I was definitely hitting my stride with learning BJJ and regularly dropping weight. Feels good man.
Also, I don't think I could race or anything. This would be more long distance cardio type biking. I mainly just do not want to eat less (1900/day) as the diet was a pretty solid routine as well. Ah well, now I can devote more time to video games for a while.
Yeah, the Coffee Crisp ones fuck me right up. I occasionally make the mistake of picking up a bag while on a road trip, and then proceed to eat pretty much the entire thing over the next hour or two. No idea they had Snickers though. Fuck you for bringing that to my attention. On a side note, don't ever buy Snickers unwrapped bites. They are insanely addicting and you will blast out a bag(1200 calories) in less than an hour, I bought a bag the other night and ate the whole thing without even noticing. I just got home and saw the bag sitting on my coffee table and felt shame.
They have all the major ones, I know I've had Twix and Kit Kat ones. I need to ban myself from drunkenly going into 711's because I always walk away with candy. Lately I've been all about these cookies.Yeah, the Coffee Crisp ones fuck me right up.
