So, I figured, what the hell, protein and creatine and daily multivitamin all seem to be working pretty well for me, I might as well try adding yohimbe (really wanted ephedrine but seemed like too much of a pita to get), fish oil, and hydroxycut (the elite formulation) (I know it's basically just a slightly more expensive caffeine pill) to my diet, but I have tried free samples before, and they do actually feel pretty nice when it's freezing cold, so if for nothing else, I'll just take one single pill when I am leaving for work so I am not quite freezing my ass off outside and help me wake up and perform at work before I break my fast (normally I'm really sluggish until I do that). IF is working great so far though, don't really have much in the way of cravings, they're pretty slight.
