I assure you I'm not. I wish I had definition at 200. I was talking to my friends about taking my diet more seriously at 230+ and my idea was to eventually get to 200 lb and 10% bf, but I underestimated just how long that would take, by a LOT.

I would probably have to get down to like 165 to see my abs and im 6'2". Im at 195 now and still have a little belly. But il take that ver what I was any day. The wife loves it too, lol.

You can also try tanning. Granted you should be able to see your abs without it but tanning can add a ton of definition to your stomach if it is something you're actually concerned with.

6' 160 lb. My goal when I started at 235 was to see my abs. It hasn't changed. I hoped to see them at 170, so my diet shifted around 180 to be much less extreme, and I've been inching down, but they're still not visible. I can see everything else, so I want to complete the package. I'm thinking 152 should be the absolute lowest I should ever go. If I can't see them at 155 I'm going to shift gears. I'm not losing much weight right now. I'm not anorexic. I'm just not as focused on weight loss as I was. I have a lot of priorities, and my health goal of hitting 170 was hit 2 months ago, so it's basically 100% vanity at this point to see if I can get some abs this summer.
Do stiff winds knock you over? I'm 6'1 and around 200-205lbs, probably in the 13-15%bf range, and can see my top 4 abs when flexed (rip bottom 2, id rather have my beer/pizza). At my lowest weight, I got down to 178 and around 11% bf and felt/looked emaciated, had no definition, certainly no abs, and my lifting routine wasn't diverse enough. So while we can sit here and say, GENETICS, yes, thats a part of it, but it sounds like you're not eating enough and id bet your routine isn't quite up to par. On top of that, I doubt you meet your goal even at 155, and if you do, ill be staggered if you're happy with it (not that it matters what I think, its your goal, but just speaking from experience).

I would course correct if I were you. I don't know how much you eat now, but I'd add 500 cals to it to start. If you want help with your workout, list what you're doing, there's plenty of people here that can make suggestions.

Because at anything below 10% you should uh, at least be seeing the third type of range. If you don't, do some crunches or something because your abdominals have probably atrophied or something else is going on.

Just curious what people are talking about! People cutting down below 10% bodyfat and saying they can't see their abs make me curious what they are talking about when they mean "see their abs."

I got to around picture 3 and I was significantly leaner than him everywhere else. Im still a lot leaner than he is now but have less ab definition than he does.

Probably should clarify that I mean clearly defined 6 or 4 pack when I talk about I never really "had abs" under 10%. Not a blurred that's where my abs are type of thing. I always had that last layer of fat on them that wouldn't cut in. I went all the way to 162 chasing it before I had to stop because that's too fucking skinny at 6'3. I was ripped as hell everywhere else though.

I'd be fine with picture 3. Not there yet. He's bigger than me though. Similar position as Warmuth I figure. Also I can lift more than many of the guys at work that weigh 230+, and keep at it for hours. Few guys were calling me mouse a bit ago. It didn't stick, but the reference was mighty mouse. I just can't counterbalance anything anymore because I have no mass to do it with. I want to get bigger again, but I'm going to keep on with this for a bit to see what I can do.

That's me @188 last summer. As you can see, my chest refuses to grow, but the abs be there.

When I was at 155~ a bit ago, my abs showed like Itlans, and I'm just barely 5'10 and have no upper body. If you have any upper body, I can't see how you can reach 155 at 6 foot. My buddy is 6'4 and 180 and looks like a skeleton.

Last night I decided I need to get my shit together, been on a big slump since me and the ex split and I've put on like 10 lbs of blubber. Going back to eating structured meals and not drinking every night until I get back to 160ish, hoping to do it by July 4th weekend cause I'll be in San Diego and need my beach body.

@Itlans I drink a multivitamin/meal replacement shake every day cause I'm a dumb vegan and helps round out nutrients I miss. I use Vega but I'm sure there are other cheaper alternatives that aren't vegan.

Do you ketobros ever do cheat days or are you pretty strict? Not sure what the prevailing logic is on that.

Yeah, I do 2-3 bananas, some berries, unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of Vega. It's probably around 500 calories and it's usually my post work snack/dinner.

And the first one probably was on roids at some point.
Now that I'm at home I can stare at shirtless men until my heart's content. I don't know if 1 would be on roids. It isn't completely dissimilar to how I look. Maybe a touch bulkier. He could be on the Tenks patented tuna-in-a-can-because-you're-poor diet.

Not even 100% convinced #2 is roids. It could just be the bronzer/lighting is making him look overly defined.
