A gallon is about 2 bucksor so here in Oregon, I just drink tap water though so it's been a while.

I drink black coffee till about 11ish the from then out its tap water, I just fill my water bottle up from a garden hose outside. Occasionally I'll buy a Dr pepper or coke, cutting back on that now though and drinking La Croix peach-pear sparkling water.

6 foot.

I have child bearing hips.
Those are the same measurements as mine but I'm 6'3. I weigh 171 as of this morning though, so a good 30 pounds less. For anyone who wondered, that's how you get a person under 10% without a 6 pack.

shop rite gallon water is .89c, poland springs is 6 (g) for 6 bucks.

how are you paying 100% more?
thats at the bodega. It's even more expensive at like Walgreens and shit. Next time I go to shop rite I'll check the gallon prices. I usually just go to BJs and fill up the water tanks

Many pool stores will check your drinking water for you. And if not, you can send away, and for a few bucks have it tested. Many places around the nation have excellent water, why buy it?

I had my water tested when I was into brewing beer and it came back as excellent, and its fucking Detroit water.

My weight loss has slowed waaaay down. Quick drop down from 317 to 301 in less than 2 weeks. Since then it seems like a pound a week. I am down to 298 though. But this past 7 days has been rough. Lots of temptations! This weekend is my Bday. HTF am I not going to not drink a case of beer? This will suck.

drink it dude, you need to leave a little room to indulge once in a while or you'll most likely fall off.

Hey me too dude! Happy Bday, i'm still gonna be good, just gonna eat a slice of cake. Man you're still drinking? if you can cut out alcohol, you'd made mad gains. Also a pound a week is good, at least the needle is moving down.

Make sure you train on the day of the festivities. Eat lean protein only at every meal e.g chicken breast. This will leave enough room for the calories from alcohol

Adjusted my diet recently a bit just to cut down some weight. I've maintained the same weight to within a few pounds for the past 13 years or so. Like I've mentioned on here before I am a pretty serious endurance sport athlete and swim/bike/run regularly.

I tend to eat reasonably well, but just kind of cut out super shitty things, and modified what I've been bringing to lunch at work/etc. I read about the "slow-carb diet" and thought it was pretty reasonable. I am not entirely sure of its logic, but by just switching out rice for beans in my breakfast/lunch I've cut 10 lbs in about 3 weeks maintaining my usual fitness routine. So I thought that was pretty cool. But I also am all about repetitive dishes as I like cooking in bulk. So it really works for me. I haven't been following it super hardcore, just incorporating elements of the diet into my routine.

Here's what I've been doing:

Breakfast: 3 eggs (scrambled), steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprout, bok choy, anything really), black beans (lime and jalapeno), little bit of kimchi and I cover the vegetables in some Ponzu sauce.
Lunch: Baked Pork Chop (boneless center loin thick cut), steamed vegetables, black beans, ponzu sauce.
Dinner: Carnitas and kimchi tacos in lettuce.

I maintain only drinking 1 day a week and absolutely minimal snacking as I did before anyway. I just cannot cut out mah beer. Can't do it. Next week I'll make something with Chicken just for variety.

Thats a pretty tight diet. Good job. I have the same issue with snacking, if I cut it out and be disciplined I drop weight pretty quickly due to sports and activity. If I snack normally my weight will hold constant. But it's a life issue, it's very difficult to just be 100% clean on diet and never eat any bullshit. So I'm content to cut now and then if my weight creeps and otherwise stay around the same weight. I do eat rice pretty regularly, I'll look into substituting black beans, that might be a good change.

Black beans are amazing. Just had a cup of black beans with some onion, garlic, a softening tomato, and jalapeno from my garden. I ain't growing the beans though. Fuck that noise. Bulbs and peppers are ezmode.

Black beans are the best. At my old job the Guatemalans would bring me what they called Guatemalan black beans and they were like 2 toto 3 times the size of a normal black bean when cooked.

I hate canned black beans even though when I'm lazy I use them for meals.
