Fatty McFatterson who blew out her achilles tendon is chilling out at home for 3 weeks while I pick up her slack. Fat Privilege. It's bullshit, man. Makes me want to bury my sorrows in sugar cookies.

Best sugar cookies EVER. The pink frosted (strawberry flavored) ones are delicious as hell, but I can't find them anymore. Now it's all pumpkin flavored, which is good, but not nearly as good as the pink ones.

Haha. Yeah, those little fuckers are delicious. I'm not even a fat guy and I've eaten a whole thing of those before.

So I'm getting to the point where eating better isn't yielding weight loss and I have to be more active.

I am doing so...but eating good and being lazy is much more preferable.

And there's nothing gay about dipping cold Pizza Rolls in ranch sauce and eating them like chips.. enjoy your life, eat what you want.

invest in a crockpot! can make your own broth from bones, water, and some vinegar/lemon juice. hit up local butchers for good quality bone scraps. then toss in some chicken, celery, other random veggies and you're good to go. fruit makes the whole thing taste weird so might need to experiment with that. I cook one up on sunday and it usually lasts me until wednesday/thurs for a good snack before the gym or late night hunger.

Baek confirmed homeless ex-actor.

I wish we could go back to the times when portliness was a sign of wealth and luxury.

The 1900s dude looks like he can still go bowling and win some arm wrestling matches. Look at those boss socks.
Mr. Naputi... I cant tell if that's an arm, an extension of chest fat, or a flipper.

1900's guy looks like a bunch of people I'd see on a casual stroll through the local wal-mart in the south. Sad to say that he isn't out of the ordinary in this day and age.

It doesn't make it any less disgusting, though.

So apparently this guy wasn't actually the world's fattest man in the 1900s. He was just a sideshow freak. This guyw as though:

So this dude's name was "Big Joe", he was 6'4" and weighed 754 lbs at his death. He definitely doesn't look like 750 lbs in that picture.

Sad thing about weighing that much is the enablers that surround those people. You dont get to 500+ pounds eating 2500-3000 calories a day.

went hiking for the first time in a long time, feels good man;

So I'm running/walking 4 - 5 miles, 3 times a week now. (non treadmill, outside not on a track. I get just over 200ft of up and down elevation.)

Fuck I hate running.

I hit 35lbs lost though and haven't weighed this in about 5 years. So you know...running can go fuck itself but it's hard to not go out and do it when i'm seeing the results I am.

Just masturbate until all the veins in your forearms are pulsating. It's essentially the same workout.
