Unicorn Overlord from Vanillaware published by Altus. Dragons crown dudes…

Anyway it is fantastic and strangely addicting past the 3 hour mark. My one complaint is while it is tactical you can steamroll everything with the same three group of units. They are overleveled because they are my go to all around badasses, but when three will do why deploy others…
Nitpick aside it is on every console but like all vanillaware never coming to PC.
Same here, I love this game, very addictive.

The Outlast Trials is really fun. Definitely recommend.

Got this on Series X over the weekend. This is a ton of fun. Should have it's own thread that it now officially launched.

Souls games as a Guts cosplay, super fun (and the first time I've ever run the series with a Str build).

After this, Stellar Blade, EQ TLP, Elden Ring DLC in back to back months. Though the Souls stuff will probably take me right up through ER, especially if I include Bloodborne.

The Pathless

Great game, I am only six hours in and I feel like I have done a ton. Feels like the perfect game to play and finish until next week when No Rest for the Wicked comes out. I also picked up Dyson Sphere Project and plan on starting it next week.

I really should start another game of Dyson Sphere to check out the new combat stuff. So many games to play, so little time.

Unicorn overlord

It is good so far only 5 hours in. It kind of feels like the game “13 Sentinels” I played recently. I’m getting “Triangle Stretegy” vibes. Triangle Strategy’s story took a little while to pick up and I was hooked on it by 10 hours. The dialogue went from being overly polite to being hostile even volatile. The combat is reminiscent of the goat “Three Houses”.

They definitely took some framework from 13 sentinels. It’s similar but seemingly way less VN oriented for the narrative. Only a little further played than you.

I had surgery done about 3 weeks ago and have had a lot of down time. I have used that time to poop sock appropriately.
  • Played the shit out of No Rest for the Wicked (about 100 hours)
  • Finally finished Dark Souls 2, had about one third of the game left (fuck that game, fuck humanity, will never replay it)
  • Beat Ori 2
  • Beat Remnant 1
  • Gave Division 2 about 20 hours of my time (not for me)
  • Tried Rise of the Tomb Raider, it seems like a good game but I wasn't in the mood for a cinematic gaming experience so it got put on the back burner
  • Started Nier:Automata will do a full playthrough soon
  • Flirted with a new character in Elden Ring as DLC prep
  • Currently finishing Space Marine on Chapter 17, the game is fucking awesome and Hard Difficulty is no joke
  • Lastly, I also plan on playing Dyson Sphere Program, Fallout New Vegas, Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro soonish

Uh Bloodborne is getting older now but it's still must play IMO.

Forgot to mention I am also playing through Pode with my wife. It is a cozy couch co op game that requires very little thumb dexterity which is good for the wife.

Jedi Survivor. The difference between my new 7800x3d and 7900xtx vs my older rig is night and day. Enjoyed it before but basically gave up in frustration because the preshader BS took forever. I think I'm almost finished. After that I am not sure if it will be Sekiro or a new ER Toon to get ready for the DLC.

Reminds me of me when I've been on painkillers, I'd bang out a big list of things I wanted to play and just plow them.

What I'm playing: Eiyuden Chronicles (good, but kind of plain), Stellar Blade (hot main character, step down from the Fromsoft games I've been playing in every other regard).

Since neither of those is lighting my world on fire at this point, I might play Unicorn Overlord next instead, unsure. That's the thing I put aside to play EC. Might check out Dead Cells as well.

Finished the Fromsoft quest, more or less. Still need to do an ER replay between now and the DLC.

Recently started a new playthrough of Fell Seal. Basically a Final Fantasy Tactics clone. I love the nearly infinite combos of classes you can make.
I really loved their game mechanics. I wish the story had been more interesting. I never finished it, but I had a baller squad.
