Coworker that's loud and shrill is definition of haste makes waste / working harder instead of smarter.
I agree 100%when she talks about how much she works and sacrifices for the company, but she is incredibly inefficient and needlessly punishing herself, getting super offended at any slight semblance of not going her way
Y'all mentioned emailing bosses. Over anything. This one. She treats my department, even boss, like her personal pool of servants. And the hammer from up high is real so we all go along.
But the thing that really gets to me, and everybody there, is that she just dials whatever the fuck extension.
Us: "Oh, hold while I redirect you."
Her: "No. I will tell you. You will listen. And you will tell them."
(All while yelling into phone)
Birch, we are all busy. Nobody has time for that. I guarantee you, my version of your message will be less accurate than yours. Redirecting takes virtually no time.
Again, random extension dialing. She'll call somebody from the adjoining building to relay a message to literally somebody the next cubicle over, and vice versa - all the time. But inconsistently so, which is worse because you know she had the ability to do it correctly before.
I get so close to telling her off.
Closest I've gotten is a passive rest the phone on the desk while I continue working and hang up after she does, telling the intended target only should they enter my venn diagram, and even then only "xxx called" without other info.

I usually go out of my way to say cutesy bullshit to ensure i don't have to deal with nuclear fallout for 30 years because I once corrected them in front of whoever they've chosen to really impress or something.
I was going to say something sexist because I do think women have less trouble turning it up to 11 in the office but it's really no worse than the pessimistic sarcastic heckler role about 30% of males fall into.

I bought the woman a Christmas present.
She's so fucking smarmy she doesn't want to spend the money buying me one. (this years limit $150.00 - she makes about the same as I make)
I tell her not to buy me anything then.
My phone blows up with this waft of incredible bull shit, she levels against me.
Context: last her I spent $600.00 on her.
She bought me a laptop, but Amazon shipped the wrong one, so we returned it.
I bought another one on Ebay, she never repaid me.
She laughs like she pulled one over on me...she's too fucking dumb to even be a shyster, but if accredited her as one, she'd probably take it as a compliment.

Rustled at flakey ass friends when trying to RAF level in WoW. All I want to do is get a nice grind session in so we can hit level 90, and then it won't matter, but he's been flakey as fuck, and we're stuck at level 68 so far. Ugh!!
Then I get pissed about playing my other non-RAF toons, because I'm so spoiled by that triple experience. WTF. WoW problems.

Wife sends me a text that says Call Me. So, I go outside and give her a call back to see what the scoop is. (Backstory-Everyone that knows me, knows that I loathe speaking on the phone so typically it's something interesting/important/etc).
