Wait a min, aren't you some DEI loving, die hard Trump hating, libtard?
Too bad we don't have a search feature.
Anyways, it's all your fault. Or not.

You are 1 for 3! I still think Trump is not a great example of a person with high morals / family values in leadership, but I support all his actions so far, so.... ?

A local hospital is opening the floodgates to full virtual nursing later this month and I have to interact with them from time to time. Hardly any of them can speak intelligible english.

I’m in the opposite boat. I have a medication I have to take for life. In order to renew my prescription I have to see a specialist twice a year. I’ve been doing virtual visits for years. Apparently Medicaid isn’t paying for virtual visits anymore so the office doesn’t do them for any of their patients. I’m not on Medicaid but now have to go into their office for a 60 second visit.

That makes no sense. Virtual appointments are cheaper. Why would they no longer be covered?

The nurses I'm dealing with are doing more administrative work and not seeing patients. A significant part of their job involves interacting with offices and providers outside of the hospital, so their shit tier english communication skills are maddening.

i have telemedicine with my endocrinologist, $210 for a 5 min phone call vs $680 for an office visit.

have 1 med that has to be renewed/reviewed every 6 months, i didn't know this until went to cvs to pick it up. lucky at this stage it is more of a qol as can deal with not taking it, as the insurance needed "10 business days" to approve it. plus took a few days for pcp to submit the info, so was like 16 days before getting it.

my pcp and local hospitals are all part of mega system, they have a web portal/app to request meds, refills, appointments, questions. i love it as, if i call and leave a message with someone was 50/50 chance of getting a reply, but they are on the ball with messages. in last year only sent like 4-5, but could see it getting abused. was randomly looking local news and saw "mega health system" looking for a to way to charge for messages as volume grows.

I'm playing a mobile game with ads. 1/3rd of the ads are for the game I'm playing. Another 1/3rd are for really similar games.

Potentially a pickle tickle as well.

Got tired of one of my channels uploading and streaming to his main channel. It was cluttering my subscription page to the point where I would rather just unsub from the channel. Which isn't fair to the channel, this is really youtube's fault for not giving creator's basic functionality like tags.

Anyway, in ublock, this should hide them. I'm throwing in blocking shorts since it's related.
Code:
youtube.com##[is-shorts]
www.youtube.com##:is(ytd-rich-item-renderer,ytd-grid-video-renderer,ytd-compact-video-renderer):has(.badge-style-type-live-now-alternate)
www.youtube.com##:is(ytd-rich-item-renderer,ytd-grid-video-renderer,ytd-compact-video-renderer):has([aria-label~="Streamed"])

If you have a lot of these in a short time span, you'll have some empty spots due to, I think, how youtube organizes videos based on recency. Anyone see some false negatives to this filtering?

Woman is complaining she has 120 voicemails on her desk phone. Says they're all from the previous person who used that ext. Our VoIP solution doesn't give us an option to just delete all voice mails in the admin page so it's either delete the ext altogether and remake it or spend a few minutes and delete them manually.

I tell them I can't just clear out the mailbox that she needs to go in and clear them out. Unfuckingacceptable that's not our job to deal with that is the response I get. I respond with ok and just walk out of their office.

Look at my email and see I had previously reset this woman's VM pin over a month ago for her to get into it and clear it out.
