God damn that really sucks. Not many directors out there like him, he really was one of a kind.

This honestly makes me pretty sad, and I don't normally shed a tear over celebrity deaths.

Apart from his films were not even going to get any more of his amazing music, and I'm being serious.

Yeah that’s one of the few celebrities I actually like. David has always been super interesting to me. What’s funny is I just found this out and I had literally just scrolled past Twin Peaks on Paramount an hour ago…I gotta get around to watching the 2017 one

Time to start huffing

I refuse to ever watch Eraserhead again. It’s just a wholly depressing movie which speaks volumes for his talent

His last couple solo albums are legit good. But he co wrote tons of the soundtrack stuff from his movies and shows

Yeah, I honestly really enjoy his music. Some of it's pretty out there but I guess that's what I find interesting, even like that crazy clown Time song. His movies always had really amazing scores, and I think he did a lot of stuff with Antonio Badelamenti or however you spell his name.

Here's another good one.

Yeah losing Angelo last year really took the wind out of him. They had been fairly inseparable co-conspirators since the 80s.
Starting with the stuff he did with Alan splet early on his sound design has always been on another level.

I saw a video a long time ago on YouTube where he was sitting down being interviewed in the music studio with I guess whoever he was collaborating with at the time. Wonder if it's the guy you're mentioning. He was just talking about how he comes up with his ideas and is kind of oddball way of looking at music and creating it.

If I recall he was playing a Parker nightfly but he was playing it real weird on his lap, but that's David Lynch for ya! It was pretty cool though.

Edit: found it

Looks like he's got one of those sustainiac pickups in the guitar to get those nice drones. I think that might be a Adrian Belew model.

Also remember something crazy that he always ate like chicken salad and steamed broccoli for every meal or something. I think the idea was he doesn't have to think about food and he can use that brain space for creativity. The man was definitely an iconoclast.

From the first article I saw.

Uecker finished as only a .200 hitter but could lay claim to having homered off three eventual Hall of Fame pitchers in Sandy Koufax, Ferguson Jenkins and Gaylord Perry.
He was basically a replacement level player but he was able to stay in the league for 6 seasons which isn't nothing.
