I'm about an hour in on this so called musical. I've seen worse. It's kind of a Harry Potter knockoff, but instead of Voldemort being the big bad, they made him a green booger woman named Elphaba. Arianna is a little cutie in this. she is keeping me from noping out of this piece of shit which only has the set designs so far that are decent.
Yeah. AG is this movie. She completely saves it from being unwatchable. Guys taking their wierd girlfriends to see this will at least have some nice eye candy to distract themselves with.
Lol, this movie was so much not for me. It's fucking horrible. I don't understand why chicks would like this. But I'm not a chick, so you ladies, enjoy.
So the goblin woman powers up and flies out of Oz. But Galinda at the end of the movie has not a stitch of powers of her own. I guess she powers up in part two, but she's in essentially useless because Dorothy kicks the WW's ass and drops a house on her crippled sister. In a lot of ways this movie borrowed generously from the HP series.

Purple rain is not a musical ya dunce.A musical is a movie that has characters singing in it. Grease is a musical and so is Purple Rain. So is Taylor Swift: Eras Tour.

Dialogue drives the plot, the musical performances in Purple Rain drove the plot. Purple Rain is a musical.
