here's always a bitter taste of betrayal, like cartoonesque graphics would be a convenient shortcut for lazy companies. I know nothing about 3D art or anything, so I might be wrong there, but it really feels "cheap".
Yeah, wrong. The art for Wildstar is actually pretty fantastic and well done. Probably the best in an MMO since WoW, and definitely not "cheap".

Exploring is always my first thing. Finding shit that few people know about.

Then the dungeons. Hoping for some good ones. Raiding is a distant third. It's always too... impersonal for me. If they can change that, that'd be good.

To be honest I'm just interested in being part of a huge world with pretty in depth lore(that includes the humour). A world I'll enjoy logging into each day and hopefully a large community.

This, plus fun stuff to do and progress in besides raids and bgs/arena. Housing and the 40v40 pvp thing sounds like it could fill that role.

I feel like I'm going to blow all of my money on housing as soon as I can get money. I hope they get upgraded even larger than what we have already been shown too, mmm. Cause those land plots are goddamn huge.

I wouldn't mind having a vibrant community again. That's the one thing from *whisper* EQ *whisper* that I miss most of all.

A good community will literally keep me logging in daily for months longer then a game that is OK but lacks community will.

Please allow me to apologize if my post didn't make any sense, my English skills are obviously quite mediocre and sometimes people don't understand what I write. About comprehension, I have issues understanding your post as well, from what I read it looks like you misquoted the part of my post when I wasn't specifically talking about Wildstar, called my opinion wrong just because you disagree and then, without any fact backing it, tried to shove your Holy Sacred opinion into my anus with a forklift.

"Opinions can't be wrong, Kritzinger." Hitler gave the state secretary a smug look, "perhaps you'd like to stick these judens up my anus with a forklift, yeah?"
"Mein F?hrer you are too much!" Goebbels could barely contain himself, the gall of someone actually believing an opinion can be wrong and Adolf's razor sharp wit proving too much for him. "A forklift!" he exclaims, throwing his head back and howling with laughter.

What are some of you guys most interested in when you finally get to play? Combat, Raiding, Mining, Sitting AFK in a main city? What's your plans! I'm curious after talking to my friend, I'm actually stoked about crafting and exploring. I'm never excited for crafting, but maybe it's because farming mats will be less boring? ...I'm sure in due time it will suck asshole, but whatever.

What are you looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to a few things.
a) Warplots - Reminds me of Shadowbane, which was a game I liked because I like the idea of building a city and defending it.
b) Paths - Nice to see a game which will tailor to the playstyles of people, specifically looking forward to both the explorer and settler paths.

Things I'm hoping for.
a) A game that I can play solo, or in a small group, with raiding as an option. My playtime is often not when prime time raiding takes place so I hope there will be fun to be had even if I can't herd up 40 cats at once.

So far I see a lot of the amalgam factor. City/siege PVP from Shadowbane, player housing (and hopefully shops) from Horizons, Non-realistic graphics from WoW (which I don't think is a bad thing, but some of those screenshots just look like "Return to Nagrand").

Looking forward to the combat and feel of the game. Fuck art style and shit like that. I didn't play Minecraft for the longest time because it looked like ass. When I finally broke down and played it, I loved it. It's all about the gameplay for me.

Mostly looking forward to the combat system and the climb to level cap. I'm interested in seeing how telegraphs work in practice. I'm sure I'll take a class to cap, do all the dungeons in hard mode, mess around with my house a little bit, possibly level an alt, and then most likely lose interest, as it hasn't really been made clear what I can do at level cap without 39 other people all wanting to play on my schedule.

I'd love to raid, but I'm a bit of a misanthrope, and finding enough competent people and putting up with the inevitable incompetence/drama/scheduling/DKP bureaucracy sounds like a nightmare to me. I'm sure I'd jump at the opportunity if a decent guild that raids at reasonable PST times presented itself, but the raiding would have to be really damned fun to make it worth all the baggage that goes with it in the long term.

I'm not generally much of a PvP player, so that's not going to cut it for me (though warplots do sound interesting), and I don't know what else they have on tap that would keep me logging in. I get bored relatively easily, so unless they're constantly adding 5 mans... that's probably it for me. Grinding out dailies sounds about as appealing to making tender love to a chipper shredder. If they added 10 man dungeons though, that would probably get my subscription fee/cash shop money/whatever monetizing scheme they're using for the long term.

Getting too old for this shit, warplots are going to be retarded because people are retarded. We will complain from the moment we get them to the time we find a different mmo to latch on to.
Ofcourse I am looking forward to it but, this mmo is no different from the last one we just don't know it yet.
