I played until April 2006 but being at university meant I could no longer raid all night or be as active as I was before Sept 05. I remember AQ, I remember killing Skeram, I remember the trash before HuHu so I assume we killed Satura and Fangkriss

As for Deus Vox, you do know they were clearing BWL 5x a week don't you?
5x the opportunity for bis items like DFT, rejuv gem, Lokamir etc. Months worth of sped up progression and the ability to entice players away with promise of ill gotten loot. Lol

Dataminers confirmed that Rag has 3731 armor in classic, which is substantially lower than he has on private servers (typically ~5600) so with full debuffs he'll have 0 armor. It's going to be interesting to see how the DPS hierarchy shakes out with stuff like this for melee, but them also having lower crit than on private servers.

I wasn’t a dumbass DPS warrior either so I didn’t slow shit down. That being said I wasn’t allowed to kill faster but your brain still can’t comprehend that.
We totally had at least one warrior wear leather. He died on almost everything because there were no aggro dumps and we weren’t alliance. His DPS was high but his damage done was low.
For every “trick” you know there is a raid that has tried it but it didn’t fit in their meta with their players.

yeah idunno, wearing full bis in a raid environment doesn't mean much if you spend half your time waiting for tanks to threat gen harder. Pretty much only applies to tanks and healers until deep into AQ/Naxx or you have a bunch of thunderfuries iirc

It's the same with them later on removing parts of their gear to get hit harder to get more rage because if you mitigated to much you were rage starved. You know it's kind of interesting how poorly designed warriors in this game have been even since day 1.
But hell at least in classic they haven't stripped away everything and given it to the other classes yet.
