Meandered into seige of ogrimmar while farming some for the pierre/bad robot pets ( to keep or sell for 55k the the dillema).

JFC this raid seems incredibly long without being able to mount and no handy ulduar teleports. Or maybe they are all this big these days?

Out of all the old raids, Siege of Org is by far the longest one to farm. 14 bosses and lots of travel as you said. Throne of Thunder is incredibly long too.

I'd strongly suggest on stocking up on Bear Tartare if you're farming any old instances, it makes them go much faster.

The best way to optimize your Order Hall is to get Meatball. He is a powerhouse in every way and available to everyone.

Yeah Meatball is so useful for missions any time I see someone running around with him as a bodyguard I instantly assume they are a retard.

To be fair if you just got him the fastest way to level him is by knocking out a bunch of WQs with him as your bodyguard.

Does that give XP to a follower?

Yeah, it's like 1000 per quest or something. I try and take someone I still need to level when I do world quests and then throw them back into missions when I'm done. The cost to assign and unassign someone as your combat ally is almost nothing.

That's the way to do it, with Meatball on my alts I'll fly around and pick off all the quick/easy WQs (like wardens), then send him off on his mission for the night.

I think it changes depending on their quality. So Green and Grey are like 100 exp per, blue is like 500 and at purple they get 1000. It takes 200 WQs to go from purple to "titled" (legendary) I think.

It's 1000 per WQ and I don't think it depends on quality. I'm flying around with a blue follower right now and getting 1000 per WQ at least.

Also wanted to add that once you have your follower stable maxed out you should pick one to "quest" with you permanently. I prefer the ones that don't actually fight with you and just have an activated hotkey, the bodyguards tend to aggro all kinds of shit you don't want to deal with.

Slap 3 of those +50 gold gear on them like Pouch of Wonder, Potion of Triton, Ward of Infinite Fury, so you get a passive +150 gold every time you complete a WQ, it adds up to a shitload of gold over time.

I should really swap out my Meatball Bodyguard or people will assume I'm retard -.-
He was useful for early "new content" world bosses for his insta-gib skill though. And I have all those +gold items on him -.-

I do this with Naralex on my druid when I have time to get on and want to do WQs. Otherwise I deactivate him and swap in another follower (Mylune for druid) who has better gear for doing missions.

This is my gripe with the monk class followers, since we don't have one. All of them are assholes that either follow you around or hop out of nowhere to aggro everything.

What? The Monkey King with his "freeze everything except a couple boss" ray and his aoe dance makes every WQ easier...

The Monkey King is a bodyguard, and I don't want retards following me around saying retard things and aggroing stuff like retards. The Monkey King is one of the biggest retards of a land of retards that myself - as a monk - am stuck with an order hall full of. Both him and Li Li are great for missions, so at least they can make me gold and I don't have to hear their mouths.

The monk order hall has no "click" follower, like Liadrin for Paladins or Rottgut for Death Knights. We're stuck with bodyguards and leap-out-and-aggro-shit-in-other-phases people. Taran Zhu was my bro but he kept me in combat in places like Shal'Aran or Antlerville which had alternate phases with enemies in them.

So I'm using Brewer Almai, who won't shut up, shows up late to the fight, and can't do damage or heal worth a shit.

And no, I'm not taking Meatball off his bromance with Chen Stormstout as they curbstomp every mission on the list.

From what I've seen with the Order Halls I've set up so far Mages have the best follower team possible. They get a great, balanced follower setup that also gives them Troop Vitality items (these are huge in saving order hall resources with Argus troops), Mission Success items (on top of the strange balls of energy from Meatball) and instant WQ completion. I don't think any other class gets all three of those things AND can keep 2 of every counter type active at the same time.

I've done Druid, DK, Warrior, Monk, Warlock, Mage, DH, Rogue and Paladin so far.

Aethas Sunreaver is a beast, with the right equipment he can solo certain missions.

Welp, confirmed. Mission table is in for BfA and will be essentially the same as it is in Legion.

Fuck you Blizzard.
