Yeah, because Ion plays one and it's tuned to a traditional role view. But from my perspective as a long-time player it went like this: "Hey, wouldn't it be nice if we could move our totems and not be locked into 2-4 GCDs to recast them?" - "Sure, we will fix your totem problem" - A finger on the monnkey's paw curls. It all went downhill from there.

Playing solo as a feral feels extremely unsatisfying, and in dungeons it only feels ok on bosses and harder enemies where you can get through your rotation and your bleeds start to play out. Game has evolved from slow classic to a faster, more twitch-based gameplay, especially on trash. Remember that "John Fucking Madden" feral meme back in WotLK? It looks challenging, but once you master it there just isn't a payoff of you ruling the damage meters, so why make life harder for yourself and your group?

I can confirm that t4 Breath of the Dying comes from Uldum Accord paragon box.

Five mask clears award 470 gear and doing all of the 5-Mask achievements grants you a recolor of the Mail Muncher/sperm mount.

As much as it goes against the MMO nature of the game, some of the most fun I've had in WoW has been with the solo challenge stuff like brawler's guild, mage tower, and the treasure vault runs in MoP.

Unfortunately that just comes with the territory these days I guess. As we have discussed forever the design tenets of modern MMOs run counter to MMO as a genre.

Yea but this fits the bill for everyone considering it's scaling content that allows for 1-5 players. Now if only they'd tell the bleeding edge to fuck off and make even Mythic raids scale to group size (minimum 10 players) even raiding might be great again.

Well I don't think it really goes against the MMO nature of the game, it's challenging content and you get to show other players your achievements, mastering your class / character is a solid RPG element I think.

Maybe if you're an anti-social shut in. Achieving something as part of a team does not diminish the accomplishment at all for normal people though.
