Far better leveling experience than BFA, and I did both factions then. BFA was like a movie you check your watch every 5 min, SL I actually felt very little annoyance, and felt the normal MMO immersion. For the most part, zones/quest areas didn't feel like a chore, there were only a few specific areas that I really thought "fuck I wish I had a flying mount". I won't comment on lore/story, I've been eyerolling at MMO lore since wizards blasted cats to the moon.

Haven't gotten to the meat of the game yet, there's nothing new that reaches out and makes me want to gear up and grind ASAP though. DH feels pretty meh, I may just go furry rogue and try leveling with WQ's ect open from start.

I don't feel ripped off at all, but unsure if this worth investing time in beyond the first month yet. Looks promising if you just want to mess around with alts, and casual gameplay.

Really didn't like the handdrawn storybook style cutscenes at all. Was especially jarring when they mixed in reused videos from legion. I'm fine with that stuff for major content patches ect, but I really kinda expect the bling for a main Blizzard game storyline. COVID blah blah, I don't care, then I should get reduced COVID price too.

Battle Pets should be at most a 'bonus' World Quest. Having the daily 'do 3 World Quests' but having one of the only 3 active be a pet battle is very aggravating. (Another one was flappy bird...which was irkingly hard to do)

So far I'm having a blast with this expansion. The only part that I feel is quickly going to drag on me is The Maw. But, now that I'm figuring out all the spawns, it's getting quicker.

Shadowlands looks really nice if you haven’t logged into retail as long as I have and the combat seems fairly fluid for a MMO.

I went into this expansion with an open mind and the intent of following the story line, but couldn’t even get through Bastion. The number of female NPC heroes came across as forced and quite frankly something I couldn’t connect with. Not really into role playing a beta cuck to a bunch of space feminists or whatever the fuck they are.

Yeah SJW shit is super annoying in general but on the other hand who really gives a fuck about WoW lore. You just need to think of your character as Jesus Murder Hobo who kills pixels for loot.

Who the fuck pays attention to story line and quests and shit. I dont even know what fucking NPC i am clicking on 99% of the time, they are all nothing but yellow exclamation marks.

I think you guys just have PTSD... This stuff isn't sjw. Sjw are about actively bringing other people down and punishing them based entirely on their face and/or gender. Sure, in bastion there are a lot of female characters but they are on both sides of the fight and there is never a single mention about girl power or diversity.

There's no wolf wife nonsense from AC valhalla, for example. There are just characters that happen to be male or female. they could switch genders and it wouldn't impact the story in any way.

I mean I understand if you are having trouble identifying with these characters, but I think that's because we don't interact with them enough.

I do like how in Torghast, your progress in one wing will carry over to the other, so that if you hit Layer 6 in Wing 1, you can go to Wing 2 and start Layer 7 (and get all the previous rewards).

Battle Pet world quests are some of easiest and quickest ones to get, love getting them.
