You people are nuts
Yeah. Agreed. I'm not really sure how worth it the kill really was. We upset a couple core guild members forcing them to sit for different classes and by the time we actually got the kill, everyone was just so stressed. Don't get my wrong, after all that time commitment, I'm happy to have it done, but part of me would be fine with just taking a break until Legion. I won't do that though.

We were ahead of the curve as far as average # of attempts before a kill until Archimonde. Mannoroth was a tough kill but even that was just a few days of wipes before we were at a spot ready to drop him. Archi was just something else. Zero forgiveness whatsoever.

I wish I had alpha access, but been keeping up mostly with the dungeon videos. It feels like they did a really good job on not making the dungeons not feel 100% linear compared to how they currently are, I love how open some of them seem to be.

I think there is an issue currently with enhance shaman where some of their stuff amps everybody in a groups damage including theirs but it does not show up on parses. So their actual contribution winds up being a lot higher than you can see in parses currently and blues have acknowledged it.
Yes, it's a talent that increases ALL physical and nature damage taken, by the target, by 10%. A lot of Shaman are bitching because every Enhancement would be forced to take it because it's just so much better than anything else could possibly be.

As a former Enhance Shaman (haven't played WoW since MoP), I do have to say that Enhancement looks boring as ever. Not much has changed, and if abilities were pruned, not much was done to Enhancement because they have a ridiculously long and complicated rotation.

Not digging it being tied to a movie ticket. If it is anything like they were when I was in Highschool and worked at a movie complex, you get a limited number of them and would just hand out like half and save the others to give to friends.

I find it really strange how despite Legion being in Alpha still, a lot of the DH talents don't actually function at all lol

These two for example, don't trigger each other at all.

Also, "Fel Rush" feels wrong with the way it projects the dash, it's not realive to the direction your facing at all (like blink), it's relative to the input you're inputting. an example would be if you're looking one direction but techically holding 'forward + a side direction" it corresponds to the input you're holding insead of the actual direction your character is facing. This means despite the fact that you're facing a mob infront of you, the ability actually registers the hit (like you're facing it, which does damage) but it sends you in the direction that you're holding.

Got the itch and resubbed a couple weeks ago. Figured I'd finish my legendary on my Mage and monk. Also, have never played a paladin, so used my free 100 boost to make a ret. No wonder there are a million of them. It is really fun to play.

I think resto is ok, in that it is relatively similar to how the other healers work in wow, but I honestly think both enhancement and elemental are two of the worst specs in the game. Enhance is overly clumsy, like they just didn't get to it when they did all their ability pruning in the past. On the flip side of that, elemental is about as simple and boring as they come.

Mythic Archi down finally. Thank fucking god. 425 attempts or so. That boss really kicked our ass.
Shit was fucking miserable, TBH. And it was just extra frustrating because so many attempts just got fucked because of addon bullshit or fuckers not using the right weak auras that everyone else was. I can't think of another fight that felt so addon dependent for some mechanics.

There's a ton of input lag with fel rush right now as well. Also demon blades is the shittiest talent ever.

EDIT: Also Violet Hold 2.0 is absurdly bad

Darn, I was really looking forward to Violet Hold again. I hope they keep the long breaks between waves.

Do people not know about DBM or do they just choose to actively ignore the several warnings it pops up

Is this expansion going to reverse, or address some of the awful changes introduced recently? Namely the complete isolation of the player from the gameworld. 'Garrisonizard' - I choose you! The absolutely rampant botting in BGs?

If it does, I might be interested in re-subbing. If not, I have absolutely no interest in playing a single player online game. Being able to queue up with 19 facerollers to do raids isn't exactly an 'online experience'. Considering the amount of communication they might as well all be bots/NPCs.

Funny enough, the garrison kept me logging in obsessively on days when I had no other reason to play. And it was tied to city chat so.. never really cared all that much about not seeing people standing around.

But to answer you question, I have no idea if class halls will be the hub or if there's a reason to stand around in Dalaran.

Also, I STILL don't have the goddamn int heirloom ring. Should I be keeping treasure missions clear?

Right now I've only been visiting the Pally Hall to upgrade my artifact. They haven't implemented the Legion version of follower missions yet, but I don't think we'll be spending that much time in there compared to garrisons. Doesn't seem like there will be anything else to do in there.
