World of Warcraft: Current Year

I think I'll try to join a guild in Legion for sure. I do enjoy HFC, it's massive and there isn't a billion trash pulls which sort of makes me like it even more. I always loved BT but I went in there not long ago and forgot how many fucking trash packs there are, jesus.

Blizzards raid team continues to impress me with every expansion tbh. Their art team as well.

Looking to pick up legion, but was hoping to spend gold on malganis for it. Really would like to try out the Demon Hunter.

I have come to realize that I do enjoy raiding the first 2 tiers of any expansion, its just that last tier is so tedious and why bother as its all getting wiped anyways?

If you're going to use the boost, make sure your character is level 60 when you boost so the boost will also boost your professions to 600. If you do it under 60, you'll have to level up professions yourself.

As for the panther mounts cost for doing it yourself, the main chunk in the price is the Orb of Mystery that costs 20K, bought from a vendor. After that you simply need 20 gems (yellow, red, green or blue depending on the panther) and 4 living iron bars, so that's not too bad, but I tend to be a packrat and have everything profession-related stored in banks, so getting 20 gems on AH might cost a bit, especially since no one farms them anymore.

So the cost for each panther is 20K + mats. But to get the special black panther you'll have to merge 4 other panthers together, so you'll have to actually create 8 panthers to get them all. Total cost is 160K + mats.

Thanks man - didn't realize it had just one big expensive piece form a vendor as part of it. And yeah, the reason I was saying DK was a quick route to 60 to get the profession boost . But still, with that cost, I'd have to get to 100 and spend a lot of time with the garrison to buy them still.

Hrm, this is boring.

Got my demon hunter up to 104 this weekend. The class feels pretty good but there's some weird QoL issues I think need addressed. It's basically a 2 button rotation.

One builder you spam

One spender with no CD you spam

One spender with a 12s cd

Everything else is on a 1 minute or 6 minute cd.

Eye beam is 45 iirc, it WRECKS shit...but 45 seconds is fucking insanely long. I would be fine with lowered damage if it lowered the cd. Right now 45 seconds feels like an eternity, but I can melt a group of 10 mobs (if they don't kill me first) from 100 to dead in the duration of one eye beam.

The purple monk orbs self healing mechanic is dog shit. No one liked it as a monk and no one likes it as a DH, let it go blizzard. Give us appropriate leech and be done with it.

Meta CD at 6 minutes for 30 seconds feels really weird, especially since right now it doesn't reset on death (lolalpha). It "feels" appropriately bad ass, but I dunno...6 minutes seems unfun.

Double jump is not nearly as OP as people thought it would be, but the wing glide is orgasmic. While all the other noobs are running down the mountains of Stormheim on their mounts, I'm watching top gun and jerking myself off floating across the zone.

Animations feel good, the whole artifact thing feels good (when maxed it should help with ability rotation a bit since it adds a few), and overall the changes feel pretty good. The xmog system is awesome.

Can game time tokens be used if the account has lapsed? As in, toss a few in a bag and let the account lapse, then use em from character select or web interface?

Just curious. I'm paid up through halfway of 2017, but I have nothing to spend gold on.

September 21 is the "out by" date. WoD's was December 20 and it actually came out in November. So we're looking at August probably, maybe.

I would agree I think it will likely float at the 35-40k range until we get to the point legions release is imminent. Like a month or so before the pre legion patch goes out as people start coming back and firing up alts and boosts to 100 you will probably see the prices dip back below 30k but thats still a ways out.

I think there is an issue currently with enhance shaman where some of their stuff amps everybody in a groups damage including theirs but it does not show up on parses. So their actual contribution winds up being a lot higher than you can see in parses currently and blues have acknowledged it.
