BTW: after Darnasus burns the spell Teleport
arnasus drops you off on Horde-occupied Darkshore. This is better than when Theramore got nuked and the teleport dropped you off 100 yards above the crater and let you fall to your room if you didn't hit Slowfall fast enough. Fun for Portals though.

I love the Horde players crying over killing a tree. Fuck that. Horde should be killing the Alliance.
Not saying the writing is amazing, but it's certainly not out of her character and still achieves the overall goal of preventing Teldrassil ports being used for Azerite shipments.

Honestly doubt it. The only one with solid connections to Lordaeron (before it became the Undercity) was Arthas, and the topside was completely fucked in the transition. Also the northern part of the Eastern Kingdoms is 90% undead. If anything, Alliance would push south and take over the goblin and troll areas. Though to be fair, horde have won most engagements thus far (e.g. loss of Southshore), so it could be in the cards.

The leveling content remains the same for now with Night Elves starting in Darnasus, Draenei starting in Exodar and then moving to Darnasus, Worgen starting in Gilneas and then moving to Darnasus etc. Its only in the 'modern timeline' after going through this event at max level that the city is destroyed and cut off from the rest of the world.
I expect the same will be the case for the Undercity and then in the next expansion they might redo the leveling content again to freshen things up so its no longer circa the Cataclysm.
