Yeah except the tactic is still viable, just not so unfairly effective when you combine it with the bonus you get for overwatching out of concealment + the enemy pod scattering for cover and not getting to shoot at you. It's too much with the way pod activations work, it would be different if it was like the originals where every alien was active from the beginning.

Yes, but at heavy risk for that scout. The way it worked with the "Beaglerush" tactic you got all the free shotsandyou got to move away/finish off any survivors on your next turn.

Agreed, but I chalked it up to being entertainment and saw it as the "movie version" of guerrilla tactics where the scout says "LOOK at ME" and was thinking it get's counterbalanced by the sheer number of pods/armor mechanics/etc as the game progresses.

The 14-day rule has never applied to pre-orders. I can't think of a retailer that won't give you an unconditional refund of a pre-order.
