It'll be better with Bush there. Same logic with the Vikings and AP havign so many yards...it's because they have no passign game.

I can see us going 6-10 this year if not better. We'll see though. I'm just happy Titus Young isn't there anymore, that's a win in my book.

Jerry keeps saying a deal with Romo is imminent but I hope it never comes to fruition. Not because I think Romo is a bad QB and isn't worth resigning, but because I want our idiot fanbase to go back to shit for QBs and understand what we had.

Wonder if Urlacher will try to play somewhere else?
No ones interested in a linebacker who got drafted in the last century. He already earned close to 70 million with his career with the Bears, so its not like they ever shorted him or mistreated him. He should do the right thing for the team. Sign for the veteran minimum and help build the new LB unit and help them get integrated into the offense. Stay on roster as long as you can, Bears have as a good shot as any other NFC team to make it to SB, maybe he can still earn a ring before retirement

Doing the right thing and wanting to play football are two different things. If he wants to play, he wants to play. Curious to see if he tries to go to another team to play.

EDIT oh yeah :http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...-walking-away/

He is going on his 14th season and he's going to be 35 in 2 months.

At some point he has to look in the mirror and ask himself how much longer he can play at top level because it was pretty obvious last season that he was already getting a lot slower and hardly playing at top level. He isnt playing a Kicker position where he can squeeze out a 20 year career like Jason Hanson, he plays a position that requires reaction time, speed and strength.

The smart thing would have been to take the $2M offer (which is even more than I would have paid for a slowing aging linebacker), realize its about the team and not himself, and reflect on his legacy as a respected Hall of Famer, instead of some Brett Favre type primadonna. If he signs with a division rival, he never again will be respected in a town where he spent 13 years building an amazing legacy. And all for what? a $4M or $6M salary for next 2 years instead of $2M? What does he think other teams will pay for him?

I like how dedicated you are. not sure if its to the bears or trolling. I know you like both, but you are bad at both so its hard to tell. you a troll or a bears fan?
