I was assured Ravens management knew exactly what they were doing and Ravens will be contenders for years to come. Also, Flacco is elite

I am really hoping the Seahawks end up a 14-2 #5 seed just so I can listen to their fans lose their minds over it on sports talk.

As a Cowboys fan, I'm really not liking that the Niners or Seahawks are probably going to be the 5th seed.

Uhh yeah, the division winners always get seeds 1-4.

You could have a #5 seed be 15-1, if two teams in the same division beat everyone else and split the series.
Wasn't there talk of changing the seeding system after the 7-9 Seahawks beat the Saints that year? It really doesn't make much sense the way they do it now.

No, there was talk of it but they want to keep an emphasis on winning the division. Plus something like that wouldn't be fair to a team in a brutal division. 7-9 winner is a freak occurrence.

It was brought up, but ultimately shot down. No reason to change the playoff format away from what pretty much every pro sports league does because one time a team 1 game below .500 made it in. If there was a 12-4 team that didn't make it then it may have been different.

I think the real issue there isn't really saying Wakandan, it's that he's shirtless and ranting and raving and yelling in a public bar. Dude's got issues.

Richie Incognito is not the Exception; the Unchecked Culture of the NFL | Last Word On Sports

Incognito on ESPN Radio in Miami just last season was interviewed by Dan Le Batard and when asked about any gifts that then rookie quarterback, Ryan Tannehill, had purchased for his offensive line, Incognito had said that he was going out to buy new jet-skis for the starting offensive linemen. Le Batard seemed taken aback by this statement and echoed that often the rookies themselves determine the gift and purchase it for the teammates as a gesture of good will. Incognito, undeterred, basically said the money is being spent and they were going to get what they want.
Now as an isolated incident, onlookers can offer the benefit of the doubt and see some level of reason here and possibly try to justify. However, in hindsight and as more information begins to trickle out as to what this work environment is and was like, it becomes apparent that this is more than an issue with this year's team.
Just to add; locker rooms that didn't allow hazing/bullying(Sorry I'm not going to link all these sources): Bill Walsh and his entire coaching tree, Brian Billick with the Ravens, Urban Meyer with the Gators(and now). Surprise! These teams tend to win championships! It's not a direct correlation to winning, but I'm pretty sure having the entire team supporting each other and being a brotherhood where you look out for each other probably does help with performance on the field.

Wakandan

Yes I agree him saying Wakandan wasn't the issue, I was saying that it was funny TMZ focused on that.

Seeing reports it was coaches wanting Incognito to toughen Martin up now. Holy shit some heads are gonna roll.

It's just you. Hazing is things like carrying the veteran's bags. Threatening someone's life and their family is not going to fly.

The NFL isn't a sovereign land with no rules. They have to follow the law too
Oh come one. You're not suggesting that the 310 lb offensive lineman actually thought that Incognito might murder him or slap his mother are you? He was joking, Martin knew it, you know it, everyone with a brain in their head knows it. Give me a break.
