I'm not going to flame you, since we used to group back on Tribunal, but Superman can't fly through time Post Crisis on Infinite Earth. For awhile, he could barely fly through space a minute or so before he ran out of air. He's been nerfed to hell and back over the last 20 years, while Batman has been stealth buffed every year since the late 80's.

If you've read the old school JLA comics, they struggled to make Batman relevant. In the 90's, when they gave him the ability to counter powers with his technology, the JLA looked for him to save the day, and not Superman. Batman went from weak to being able to beat anyone in the DC Universe, if he's had enough prep time. And since he's paranoid, he's prepared for every metahuman years before he even meets them.

Fact is this is a glaring plot hole for more or less every comic book based movie. Just like with Hawkeye running around and hanging with the likes of Thor and Loki, shit makes zero fucking sense in the universe.

They'll just show him salvaging parts from the crashed Kryptonian ships and batman-magic 1 minute later he has a suit and ker-pow he has the strength stamina and abilities of a kryptonian and we'll have some good action scenes then they will team up against the actual antagonist.

Superman is weak to magic, telepathy, Kryptonite, sonic attacks and red solar energy. Forget that?

As mentioned before, glaring plot holes is what comics do best. None of this shit really makes sense. Batman's super suits, Hawkeye, Iron Man vs. Magneto, etc,etc,etc. You have to completely shut off your logical part and just go with the flow. Magical comic shit explanation go! Make sure the action is bad-ass...success!

Listen, I don't hate you, and I even support you when you make a valid statement that others don't agree with. I've even read your business thread, and I KNOW that you aren't an idiot. You're actually very smart. Which is why I have to assume that you are just fucking with people (I used the terms trolling and Tanoombaing, perhaps that is what set you off), even if you really are that big of a Batman fan. I get that we're "mortal enemies" because I hate the way they (the writers) have propped Batman up as this world-killer over the past few decades when he was more than interesting enough without all of that. I'm not even that big of a Superman fan as I've said many times, I just like the concept of him and wish they would write him the way he deserves to be written. So I get that we jab back and forth, and I'm fine with that. I think people even sort of expect it nowadays.

But you either need to occasionally let the facade slip a little so that we're all aware it is sort of just a part you are playing, or go full retard and have people think you really are batshit crazy (see what I did there?). I don't really believe there will be "consequences" because what could you possibly do that wouldn't result in a banning, but still, I like to think of you as a friendly "nemesis", and I'd honestly hate to lose that if you really are being serious. But it is getting harder and harder to keep up that feeling in my head.
