Sheesh, that bad huh? I would be curious to see how much North American/Euro players actually spent (anonymously) on the game beyond the cheap box price. Are retention & satisfaction rates good after a year?I'd recommend against trying this game out unless you have loads of self control. Otherwise you will spend $700 trying to roll enhanced pets that loot mobs for you at a decent enough rate, then moving on to a different game a week or two later.

So where does each class fall in terms of PVE strength (don't care for PVP)? Pure grinding, solo of real tough mobs, etc.
Watching a youtube of all the Awakenings and it's making me want to play...
Well Wiz is my highest at 53 so that's probably a good start then. Do you get Awakening weaps via a Black Spirit quest when you hit 56?
Liked the look of Valkyrie and the lance/shield thing; how is she before and with her Awakening?
I watched that "Why I'm playing in 2017" video and it sounded like you are actually benefited for having alts now?
My highest is a 55 Tamer, I like her a lot, fun gameplay. I'm not sure how she compares to other classes at this level for farming PVE but it feels ok to me.
While I love most of the game, I hate the item enhancement system with the Black Stones. So much so, that I am vastly under geared right now...with like 200 stones for my weapon and 200 for my armor. I really need to enhance stuff a bit.
I want to wait until I am 56 and get my awakening before I spend the stones on my weapon though. Or maybe just sell them all and buy an awakening once I am done with the quest, a yellow tri celestial bo staff sells for about 290M. I am still using a green +12 shortsword right now.
Ninjas would be the worst to grind, pre and post Awakening, everything else is good, with Witch/Wizard being the top. Check Awakening videos for stuff that appeals to you.So where does each class fall in terms of PVE strength (don't care for PVP)? Not as good as Warrior post Awakening (better than Warrior pre-Awakening), but still very good.Liked the look of Valkyrie and the lance/shield thing; how is she before and with her Awakening?
Alts are REQUIRED for failstacking to enchant your armour/weapons/accessories.I watched that "Why I'm playing in 2017" video and it sounded like you are actually benefited for having alts now?
Enjoyment of the game is pretty much tied to how well you smash shit in combat, the higher your digits, the better combat is going to feel. This link is a decent guide to enchanting - Alexmac's Enchanting Guide.I want to wait until I am 56 and get my awakening before I spend the stones on my weapon though. Loot has always been random as fuck, 6 months ago, I saw an alt with ZERO gear minus a weapon and 87 AP get Liverto's from bosses. I got a Nouver box last night and I'm undergeared compared to most of the people on the channel I was on, so there's no way I was top damage. The only question I have right now, did they change how loot is awarded during bosses? Is it still the highest dps classes getting loot over and over and over?

is Zerk shitty to level pre-56 now with the removal of the HP leech on the Spin to win move?
ps. what is the go-to site (if any) for builds?
