I know that several people responded to this, and talked about "cultural misappropriation" and stuff for awhile, but I don't think that has anything to do with why blackface can be considered offensive by some people. Although I agree that the concept of cultural misappropriation is pretty fucking stupid. So given that history, I can see why people would find it offensive (although I'd think that they should suck it the fuck up, but if you're a public figure, you should goddamn well know better. See Prince Harry and his Nazi costume). I personally don't give a shit, because I find racist, dark humor to be the best kind. And I'm not really seeing the distinction between blackface and the Wayans' brothers dressing up as ditzy white chicks that makes one racist and the other not. Personally, I liked Eddie Murphy's take on whiteface.

So had Stefan Molyneux followed since the Zimmerman trial, haven't really watched much of his videos. However, watched this earlier and found it pretty shocking.
He goes through abunch of studies showing that domestic violence of women against their male and male vs women partners is pretty much equal. Even the amount of injuries is pretty much equal, both in self-reported and emergency room studies. If true, that is pretty surprising considering how all the campaigns against domestic violence are targetted at men against women.

Highlights:
Approximately 1.3 million women and 835,000 men are physically assaulted by an intimate partner annually in the United States.
84% of spouse abuse victims were females, and 86% of victims of dating partner abuse at were female.
In 2000, 1,247 women and 440 men were killed by an intimate partner.
Anyway, there's about a bajillion source documents there that show it's not even slightly balanced. Stefan's numbers are completely magical made up bullshit, as usual.

Physical abuse is fairly even (60/40) so where is that other number coming from? Verbal or mental abuse? Are we to believe that every time a women says something cuntish that it is included in the male reporting of abusive behavior? There is no criteria or context to that number.
