Dude, you keep repeating the bolded sentence over and over again like it's fact, when the reality is that you completely failed to show that is the case. In fact, several posters including myself linked articles that mentioned specific legal cases where the bar for the inability to consent to sex was set at or past literally being unconscious.

So until you pony up something that contradicts that, stop fucking saying "consent can't be given when drunk" when that is not true based upon established legal precedent.
