Servers will be up today, 2eastern, 11 pacific. If anyone wants a quick PL on seasonal, log in and say hi. I am doing T6 rifts (I can do bounties if you don't have a key) and can easily carry one to three people while doing it. All I ask is that you keep up so we all get the xp bonus, I'm fairly good at keeping people alive (as long as you dont run ahead of me and such, use your brain). Probably can get people from new character to 100+ paragon in a few hours. If you play a DH, double bonus, cuz I'll give you any good loot I dont need. I don't want your blues or loot.

Well I know I am going to roll another Wiz for S4 and play for a bit, I wouldn't mind finding a group of a couple others who are interested in grinding it out over the opening weekend. Would be nice to have a couple of people to chat with as long as they aren't insufferable cunts. I am sure just like with every season so far after a month or so I'll lose interest but during the initial parts I like to push the leader boards a little. If anyone is interested let me know hopefully we can either find a solid group or in the very least a couple other Wiz players to loot share.

I think it's just better density and shit, and maybe xp for completing the rift I forgot how it works, but it tends to be the optimal leveling way, though running bounties is nice as a break or if you want the recipes and shit, especially since they made the shit a lot easier to craft(don't need legendary mats anymore I believe for low level legendary/set recipes, just more of the normal items, so you can craft yourself good shit).
Level 70 is like 4-5hours or whatever if you solo, less if you group, or you can just wait a couple of weeks after S4 start and get someone to powerlevel you in an hour(maybe less if you can do like torment 8 powerlvling not sure how it works) for your mount.
Sadly, season not starting just yet, 2 more weeks.

So no actual XP bonus as such, except for completion. You'd be better off running HoA and other high density areas for xp if that was your goal while leveling. More XP bonuses from that from cursed chests and shrines I would think.

I assume Rifts will now be the fastest way to level. The issue with Bounties is you spend at least 50% of your time running around not gaining XP. With rifts it should be just get the rift to 100% and repeat.

I didn't say bounties, I said things like HoA, with bonus xp sometimes from doing cursed chests. Although while on the subject of bounties, you get bonus loot for doing any boss that is also a bounty (ie SK or Izual or Azmo).
But SPEAKING of bounties, you will probably want to be farming those as much as you can for a while for mats for rerolls and stripping legendary affixes. You can get 8 mats per all 5 act bounties in T6-8 at least (as long as you do them in bonus order). Legendary affixes take 1 from each act, rerolling a leg takes 5 from each act.
High grifts will still be the fastest way to level once you gear up so you can clear them (in groups) rapidly. People already do 46 and higher in speed grifts (which is more xp than T10), this will only increase after the patch hits as people get a lot stronger.
But.
You will have do do one rift for each grift that you want to do.
So, plenty to do, bounties, rifts, and grifts!
Also uber farming, as HF ammies now always have a socket and the farming required was cut down to 25% of the level it was.
