-I really liked the semi-subtle stuff about choosing his face, punctuated by showing his reflection on the other side of the silver plate. I think he realized/remembered why he chose it (that face's angry, accusing eyebrows, say, on a hill in Pompeii), to check his own hubris a bit, perhaps, in this new set of regenerations.
-I agree that "Heaven" looked like it could be in a TARDIS, and that chick could totally be the Rani, but it looked a bit like that place Amy got old in. Missy's clearly the one who gave Clara the Doctor's number and put the ad in the paper. Though, if it IS the Rani, and they wanna be total nerds about it, it should actually be that split-dimension-place of the mind that she was in when we last saw her, and she's just showing what she wants and using it to hop around in time/space a bit. She may need the Doctor for a ride out, still...
-I really dig that the opening is the one a fan made. It's so cool that they did that. Along the same lines, the hair-pin/sonic-needle Vastra had, and Strax's medical scanner/monocle were both school kid fan suggestions. I think Jenny had something too, but I can't remember anything except how awesome her tits looked when she was modeling.
-I may be the only one, but it was off-putting at the end when the TARDIS launched and there was no rumblies. Should have been at least a jolt.
-Dat camera-spike after the robut was impailed. Yeah, we know which one lied about his programing. The Doctorstartedthe conversation saying he feared he'd have to murder him. The "stronger than you look" comment may mean something too.
-The phone call. Kinda bugs me a bit. I think because I don't feel THIS Doctor should remember that much.
-Might have been a mistake selling that pocket watch...
