Of course it doesn't prove he raped anyone, it would be hard to do that definitively. But it may corroborate the stories. If Girl X claims she was raped 30 year ago and brought it up but "The Man" kept it quiet, then we find out NBC was paying her hush money, that lends a certain credibility to her story, but no it does not prove anything. Unless you jump on the conspiracy bandwagon it is hard to see how a woman could know that this guy who was organizing the hush money for a major corporation to quiet malfeasance by major stars would keep meticulous records and actually come forward with them.
