Everyone who has lied isn't being sued by 35+ women for rape, and the aspect he lied about to the media corroborates part of their story.

Him being shown to be a liar would certainly affect his credibility if he were required to take the stand, however that would be unlikely. First the prosecuting witnesses have to be able to bring proof a rape occurred within the statute of limitations. I think there is one of them who should be within the statute of limitations, what happened with that one? Why hasn't Cosby been arrested?
He is under investigation by the LAPD as we speak for the under aged girl where the statue of limitations will never run out.
That being said I seriously doubt we will ever see him in jail even if they would bring him to the court he was just get some all star lawyers that could even get OJ off for murder.

Their story is they took quaaludes and had sex. They claim that some aspect of the encounter was nonconsensual. Him lying about drug use dates back to before there were any rape accusations since an anti-drug activist certainly couldn't admit to drug use.
So yeah, still not evidence he raped any of them.

The lady that filed charges for underage sex abuse did so in December of last year... and the abuse occurred in the mid 1970's. What evidence are we thinking the LAPD is going to find?
His stance was he never gave drugs to any women, and this persisted for years until just recently where that clearly is not the case.
So these women who had no access to that deposition had part of their stories immediately justified. So at that point what else is he lying about? Why wouldn't his lawyer allow him to answer the other questions in that deposition under oath if he was totally clean of any wrong doing?

It wouldn't matter what he said, it'd be used against him. Why give anybody ammo, whether its the truth or not, when you don't have to? This isn't a question of honor or truth or ethics, it's a question of law.

Well, if they were drugged, there wouldn't even be physical trauma, would there? Are there any cosby rape babies running around? If there aren't, then I might be inclined to reconsider. Because as we all know, when it's a "legitimate rape", the woman's body has a way of shutting that down. So no babies with that many women would make it look a lot more like a bunch of legitimate rapes.
Unless cosby was wrapping that rascal, and I'd be shocked if he was.
