Nope. That wasn't even brought up. There was a discussion about hodj going Full Retard again, someone said something to the effect of "we might have to put him in timeout again" and Brahma thought that Hodjpocalypse 2016 was a go for launch.
Soy said something about it after the fact. Brahma wasn't sure what the precedent was. Hell, he's new, and he didn't even know that he had banned you...he thought he RRPed you.
I'd actually considered reversing the infraction myself but when you went Full Retard I realized that you'd just make a beeline for the AMOD thread, go absolutely batshit insane (again) and end up rickshawed (again). As far as I'm concerned you can stay in here and take victory laps until your RRP expires. FFS, Tuco RRPed me for like a month or two and took away my Mod powers and I didn't come in here whining and crying about it.
And like everything else here, nothing is written in stone. For example, I purposely choose to ignore a lot of "dindu" stuff because I disagree with Draegan even though Draegan has said before that there is to be zero tolerance on that. The whole"don't RRP people from the AMOD thread"was never an absolute and you aren't remotely the first person shawed in there.

Well I don't think anything I've said in here is whining or crying. People were in the Ask A Mod thread hurriedly trying to rewrite history and I corrected it here. I was asked what I was shawed for, so I explained that.
I'm not in the least bit upset with Brahma. I had some trouble figuring out the back end when I was modded as well.
I've already settled into my home till Monday, its nice and comfy here. I'm okay brosef.
My perception is that I made a perfectly true statement, Lurking did his opportunistic and worn out schtick and I slapped him for it, Tarrant jumped in, I slapped him for it. I never had a problem with Tarrant in the past. When I returned he suddenly turned on me and started attacking me. Only at that point did I begin fighting back against him. As I said to Soygen, my comment was entirely warranted based on our history and that is a history he started, not I. I don't think I'd ever said more than two words to or about Tarrant prior to his attacking me. If he can't stand the heat, he shouldn't come into the kitchen and start swinging knives around.
My point about the Ask A Mod thread supposedly being unmoderated is about the hypocrisy of saying it is unmoderated, and then putting someone in the shaw for...defending themselves....against people who threw the first punches...
The fact that you all want to duck and dodge that was ex post facto revisionism "Well we can change all our own stated rules at any time for any reason we feel like" doesn't change the fact that the moderation staff moderates ham fistedly, and hypocritically. Not all of you, and not in every case. But in enough cases that it should matter.

I think the first person I tried to infraction after being modded I accidentally banned for a few minutes as well. Its not very clear the first time when you go to the interface. Its counter intuitive basically.
Brahma didn't mean to ban me. Anyway, the ban had a timer for Monday at 10 am, I wasn't really sweating it. Its not like I thought they'd permanently banned me or anything.

Besides the fact that you've taken similar shots at Tarrant in the past, this is a complete misrepresentation. I don't "skim the carebear forum just for personal shit to throw in people's faces".
I barely read it at all. And certainly when I do I'm not thinking "Oh, man, here's something I can use against someone sometime."
Tarrant, as I pointed out, began by antagonizing me first, and has thrown plenty of punches my way, and I punched back. Its that simple.

The thing is, regardless of what went down between you three, Lurking and Tarrant didn't abuse their Mod power to end debate. They talked about it in AMOD but that as it. No one asked Brahma to swing the axe for them.
The problem with your 'defending yourself' is that it's the forum equivalent of the guy who built the Killdozer and went on a rampage trying to flatten his entire town over something relatively minor. That's always been the problem. You don't know when to quit and you somehow think that reacting by turning things up to 11 is going to somehow garner you support. At this point many of us Mods have seen you do this any number of times and we aren't willing to let you run rampant.
I don't really enjoy the endless back-and-forth debates, so I wasn't sure I even wanted to give you a response. But whatever, this is my honest opinion whether you like it or not.
That's not ex post facto revisionism. From Day 1 Tuco was a proponent of Mods making subjective interpretations of the 'rules', and was willing to suffer a bunch of "TOO MANY MODS" attacks because he felt that we'd self regulate as a whole. Like I said, I considered reversing your infraction but once I saw you getting up a full head of steam I thought better of it.

Uh no, I was amused at how those who answered my question are the guys who can manage to get themselves banned in the mod thread of all places.
I've got no thought on potential shadow mods, besides that alt accounts are pussy shit, mod or not.
