Still several enormously large steps to get from banging a 16 year old to having a sexual interest in naked nine year old girls. Even if the dude is a full on Gaige and wants to bang 16 year olds until he shatters their pelvis, there's a long way to go between that and pedophilia.

Did you actually read the article? Neither the Subway franchisee nor her cousin were the 16 year old in question.

Given that it's just cherry picked excerpts and not the actual transcripts or their conversations, I'm in no hurry to rush to judgement.

According to Business Insider the messages show Fogle had then asked the employee to set up a meeting with her and the employee's cousin, who according to her lawyers was underaged at the time.
